What can I say about Infinity Moving except thank you, thank you, thank you..Don't find customer service like that very often, people going above and beyond to truly help. They showed up with an army of guys who couldn't have been more polite and professional. What movers do you know who show up and each one introduced themselves and shook my hand. I have dealt with other movers and never seen a group work harder, faster, and with impeccable attention to detail. They took photos and took the utmost care of each piece of furniture. In our opinion there is no other mover I would use!

Quickest move
From now on I can totally trust Moving of America for my moves. I can't think anything that I can complain. They came early and quickly loaded up my stuff. They're amazingly quick! They were very professional and courteous as well as being very punctual. Nothing was stolen or damaged and the service was risk-free. I really couldn't believe myself. What an ease move it was. I had got a new job and figured it would be such a trouble to move everything. I mean I was basically moving my whole life. Great job guys!!

Long Distance Van Lines
Professional!!
This company not only helped me with the hardest part of the moving, but they also were professional, punctual and reliable. In just thirteen days everything I owned was moved from California to Georgia and during the transport nothing was destroyed or lost. I paid inexpensive price for the entire service.

There was no trouble.
I thought the move would be just like my past moves, full of troubles but the moving guys I hired assured me of a smooth sail. Thankfully, they made it possible and I enjoyed every bit of the move.

Genuine move
I felt glad in hiring Mayflower as they made my move go perfect. The company shows transparency in their terms and policies with the customers. Excellent customer service
They are honest, knowledgeable, prompt and provided excellent customer service. All my Items were delivered on time without any damage or even a minor scratch. They offer least expensive quotes too. I highly recommend 1-800-pack-rat to anyone who seek for efficient move.

Efficient movers!
Efficient movers! They brought all necessary needed equipment that worked well especially while lifting heavy materials. The four men really did a very good job and just asked us to sit and relax. The team promptly worked without wasting any single minute which helped us to reach the destination right on time. 1 Fair Moving company worth to be noted as top-notch movers.

I had no idea what I was doing when I moved from Tampa, FL to Los Angeles, CA. I googled movers and I read a blog that recommended a few movers including Infinity Van Lines. I sent a bunch of emails and Infinity Van Lines was the first to get back to me. The sales guy walked me through all the way, how many boxes I may have, and gave me an estimate. The company worked with me to get the move done on the exact day and time I needed. The movers arrived early and were so quick and efficient. They were so kind to me and helped with so many little things I did not expect. I could not ask for a quicker turn around. They moved me in to my apartment in Los Angeles quickly and efficiently. The foreman even helped me figure out how to arrange my furniture. The movers and the whole experience were amazing. I would highly recommend Infinity Van Lines!

Great jobs deserve recognition so i want to take the time to thank Long Distance van lines for the wonderful job they did with my families move. the service was timely and and very professional. i was impressed with how they crated our TV's and how well they handled our antique furniture. i was worried about damages but turns out there was no need because I got everything delivered safe and sound

My Guys Moving
Smooth, Efficient Move
I don't have a lot to say here, because this 40-mile move within Virginia was efficient and exactly as it should have been. My Guys arrived a couple of minutes before they did, laid down plastic and blankets to protect everything (as promised), and moved everything out of the house in just a few hours. We then caravanned it to my new place and they unloaded it just as planned. Not much more to say than... it worked out fine and it is how a local move should go.

1st Place Moving Company LLC

I read good reviews for this company...I have only written 1 other review in my life and this one is much needed. Alfonzo was VERY prompt in responded via email up until the move when I then he didn't ask any important questions like what time do you want to move, what's the address, etc.. I had to initiate that. So let's start out by my move being at 8:30. You know when you move, it is often working around other things going on as mine was. Someone called around 9ish saying they had to stop and get more supplies...(I figured that would have already been taken care of). She said about 20 minutes she would be there. After multiple emails to Alfonzo by my husband, which at one point later he told my husband they had to get more supplies (I guess he didn't realize someone already told me that an hour before), they arrived at 10:30. I will say they wrapped furniture and pictures but after we were moved in I found a noticeable nick on a mint condition expensive entertainment center, chunk of wood off my deceased MIL antique, several nicks on another wood piece. They also put a bush trimmer with blades next to my entertainment center in garage and the leg was all scratched. Boxes that were labeled put in the wrong place...and I do admit I did not have them all labeled but many of the ones I did were not put up. To top it all off the actual movers said they new NOTHING about this move until 9:00 am of the moving day AND they had to drive from springdale...So "getting supplies" was a lie. My husband works with public and told Alfonzo if his company messes up they try and fix it...and at that point when they were two hours late he asked for a discount. Needless to say, there were not responses from Alfonzo when that was brought up....Totally disgusted with the whole move. Moving is stressful enough and all of this...made it 10x worse.

Best moving company we've ever used! The team from Infinity Moving was extremely professional and courteous. From the morning call to let us know they were on the way, to their early arrival and early finish, these guys are terrific. Would we use them again? The answer is a resounding YES!!!

Real Deal Van Lines
Awful
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Our pick up time was 1:30-4. They finally showed up at 6:45-7pm. They didn't finish unloading our belongings until 1am. After unpacking we realized we were missing items. They items were found on the truck and deliverd to us BROKEN! Also we had 5 full Silverado truck loads of stuff left at our old place that we had to move ourselves! The company has refused to work with us to resolve the issue. We were give. 10 an hour discount. Hardly makes up for the experience we have had! Disgusted!

Horrible Experience
The agreed upon arrival was August 1, 2014 for a move from Texas to Pennsylvania. There is a 14 day period in which items can be delivered, according to the contract. The actual delivery date was August 16, 2014, 16 days after the contracted delivery date. When we had called to set the pickup and delivery dates, no one returned our phone calls. We found out that our original representative went on leave for some reason, but no one communicated this to us and our emails and calls were left unreturned. We finally got a hold of her supervisor, and with him we set the pickup and delivery dates, and when doing so he implied that we shouldn't have left it so late to set the dates (we had been calling the company for three weeks with no one returning our calls). At the same time, we wanted to adjust our price quote to reflect the actual inventory we had packed, rather than what we had estimated months previously. The supervisor told us the price the original representative had quoted would remain the same, even though our inventory had increased by quite a bit, but when the movers came to pick up our items the price was significantly higher than quoted. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. We were not contacted about the delay. The only communication occurred when we called to find out where our items were. Dispatch would call the driver to find an estimated delivery date and we were told they would call us back. We never received any calls either from the driver or from dispatch. After our items were delivered on August 16, we found that a large item, an armchair, was missing. We immediately called the driver and he said that the truck was empty, which must have meant the chair was delivered to another customer. The next day we called customer service to try to trace the chair. They would not try to find the chair without receiving a claims form from us. We sent in the claims form and photos of the missing chair (and other damaged items), and we were told

Great Job
SO we bought a new home and we have so many important stuff needed to be moved and both me and my husband have a very busy schedule. A friend of mine recommended them so we decided to contact Long Distance van lines, great costumer service, they are very friendly and professional. They listen to all of our instructions and are very resourceful and helpful. They handled our stuff with care and I must admit that its more than I have expected. And the price is very affordable too. I will surely recommend them for my mom who is planning to move in town too. Great job.
