I have moved many times in my 68 years...and this experience was the easiest most pleasant move I have ever experienced. From the time my appraiser came to my home ...to the time my Van gentleman came to deliver my furniture,there was not a problem. The packers did an outstanding job taking care of my treasures....I was so grateful unpacking ,especially my artwork...with no damage to anything...and I could tell they were quality packers ,and cared. Thank you so much doe a quality service.

HELP-U-PACK-N-MOVE
Amazingly great team
Amazingly great team who did a tremendous job! We called this company on very short notice, as we originally had some friends offer to help us move and they decided not to help only a few days prior to the move. Within two days of calling, Marty came out and gave us a quote. Three days later, his team came out to do the packing, followed by the move the next day. They were absolutely wonderful. They had my entire three bedroom, two bathroom house packed, labeled, and staged in the garage for easy loading in the truck the following day within 3 1/2 hours. We have a dog who is constantly under foot and demanding to play with everyone she comes into contact with and, while they were packing and loading things, they were simultaneously playing with her and showering her with attention! I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!!

Helping Hand Moving Services

Hired this company through Yelp! As an experienced mover who moves every 12 months, hiring this company to handle my move was the biggest mistake ever. I highly caution those receiving low ball quotes, have several conversations to be SURE that the quote is accurate, then to be billed DOUBLE when the job is done. When contacting Jim to discuss the charge, as his customer, I was screamed at, belittled, called names, accused of not being able to pay my Bill. Today, as a result of his frustration, has set up several fake ads so that people call me non stop. What kind of professional does this? Huge warning to future customers! There is a lot more to this story, I had be happy to share my experience.

Hercules Movers
They could have stayed and unpacked
Pros efficient, on time Cons: we agreed to 125 per hr for 5 hrs, that part was fine. What I am mad about is that they charged an additional $6 per box used to move the items! What?!? Plus, they did not unpack! We paid for 5 hours of service, but only got 4 at most. They could have stayed and unpacked. They were wanting food and water, which we did not mind giving them, but then left their trash everywhere! Very unprofessional. Seemed like they were hired at a truck stop. Pretty rough with our expensive items as well. Would not recommend.

H-Town Movers Houston
arrived on time and did a great job
I have used H-Town movers twice and both times they arrived on time and did a great job. I hired them again for a move upcoming this weekend and I was a bit last minute and had to make changes to the move and they worked hard to accommodate my changes. I definitely recommend them!

great experience with Holman
I had a great experience with Holman. I contacted Greg to inquire about a move out of NYC. He was fast and efficient in providing a quote. I had movers to pack and load my apartment within a week. I was given a pretty long window for delivery, but was pleasantly surprised when Dana informed me it would arrive within a week. The team who unloaded was fast, respectful of both our home and belongings, and hilarious. We enjoyed working with them. A smooth and easy process for what could have been a huge headache to coordinate on my own.

Hercules Movers Inc
Great service with an affordable price
While moving is a pain in the neck, the Hercules movers made things as seamless as possible. They showed up on time, finished much quicker than I would have expected and went out of their way to be polite. Most importantly, they were extra careful with my furniture (and my walls). I hope not to move again for a long time, but will definitely give Hercules a call next time I do

terrible experience
We used this company to move last year, and had a terrible experience. Although the move itself went off ok, problems ensued after-the-fact. They charged us $1,000 more than we were contracted at, for no valid reason. Then, when we realized a few of our belongings were missing, the trouble started. We contacts the owner (I assume), who immediately said there was nothing he could do (in spite of the fact that we paid for the insurance to cover our belongings). He then said we were accusing him of stealing and that we needed to call the police and report a theft. He refused to even entertain the idea that items might have been left in the moving van. He said he had sue us if we posted a negative review of his company on Yelp. Being unhelpful is one thing. Being obnoxious is another. Needless to say, we never got any of the missing items back. Almost more upsetting being over-charged and losing some of our stuff--some jewelry and a printer--was the way the owner treated us. Avoid at all costs. (One note: the movers who worked for the owner were nice and hardworking.)

Top notch. Two rockstars showed up on time, efficiently packed multiple floors and safely delivered EVERYTHING to our new house with no damage what so ever. Totally professional, personable and timely. While I do not enjoy moving, I enjoyed doing it with Golden Van Lines.

I reached out to many companies before I came across greenvan lines. Iam so happy that i came across greenvan lines. A sales representative named Kevin answered my call and he was by far one of the best sales representatives. He had so much patience and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He assured me everything with my move would be perfect and be done in a timely manner. Kevin is the reason I decided to continue with my move. The day of my move came and I was assigned 3 movers joe, Jose and Raul. I told them I was concerned with an antique clock and was thinking of moving it to the house my self. They assured me that they would make sure it would not even get a scratch. They wrapped it so well and took excellent care of it. All my items came to my new house just like they left my house. Not one single scratch or missing item. Green van line are professional and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Guardian Moving & Storage Co Inc
do not use this company
we have moved 19 times and Guardian was by far the worst moving company we have experienced. They packed a box of their trash (empty tapes roles and moving supplies) and labeled it as toys. Two collector baseball jerseys looked as though they had coffee stains on them. My wifes suede coat was packed with vacuum and carpet cleaning accessories and nothing that was meant to be together, was packed together. Many electronics we had to search for chords that belonged to them. Thankfully this should be our last move because of Guardian showed up to pack us, I had send them away and so it myself.

no hassle, easy, care free move
I recently moved with Gemini, and I could not have been happier. I was told right from the beginning what I could expect, and everything they said, they did. There were no surprises. This company is professional, efficient and responsible. Most people do not like moving, well obviously they have never used Gemini, because with Gemini, it was a no hassle, easy, care free move and I actually look forward to moving again as long as it is with Gemini.

Great service . Taylor was great on the phone and got me a quote quickly as this was a short arranged move time wise for my mom. They were on time and brought 2 men for what we needed moved. They were professional and got things loaded quick. The only dissapointing thing was that the final bill was several hundred more than the quote. Part of that maybe an under estimating the time needed and challanges at the independant living with where they could park in relation to the entrance. But as I said it was last minute and talking to Taylor on the phone gave me a peace of mind.

After my initial review, Golden Bay Movers got in contact with me and they were diligent about making things right. I am truly impressed with the communication and attentiveness they have provided. It does not seem like bad experiences are a common occurrence for this company, and I really appreciated their willingness to give us a reimbursement for the original damage caused to our apartment building. I would consider using them again simply for the customer service.

outstanding work the moving team
My moving experience with the workers who completed the actual physical move of all our belongings in August was excellent. Only half of the moving team, Tomas, Pop, and Ian, were able to travel the 200 miles from Indianapolis to the Detroit area, to complete the move.( I apologize, but do not recall the name of the other three very helpful and polite workers who were involved with transferring our things for the first phase of the move). These three guys were the hardest working people I have met. We had an enormous amount of things to move, and they were able to complete the job within an excellent time frame. They were very careful with all of our furnishings and given the amount that we had to move, it was incredible that no damage was done to anything. Tomas, Pop and Ian were also extremely polite and pleasant to have for over the 16 plus hours that were involved in the move. I used to work in the school system and have had a lot of experience dealing with a lot of different personalities and levels of courteous behavior, and these guys put my faith back, in terms of knowing there are still polite and people in the world! The administrative end of the company was polite and made effort to see to it that I was comfortable with the planning, etc., that was involved. We were not seeing "eye to eye" with time frame involved for packing and moving to put me at ease. I was not really sure whether the strategy they came up with was the best, as it doubled the work for the moving guys, but thankful for the extremely strong work ethic and good attitude of the movers, it all worked out. Hopefully Tomas, Pop, and Ian were compensated appropriately, I would not have given this company an excellent review if it were not for the outstanding work the moving team did.
