Lovely company.
I can nott say enough good things about expert vanlines my friend recommended them and I am so so happy with how everything worked out. They quoted me at hundreds of dollars less then other movers., Kate who set me up on the phone was very friendly, and the movers themselves are fast, courteous, and responsible. Everyone should use them next time they move--you will be very glad you did.

highly recommend Exclusive
as everyone, i was a nervous wreck trying to figure out the best way to get my things from florida to palm springs, california - cross the country. i did a LOT of research and searches and then started to make calls. Jay from Exclusive Van Lines just seemed like the most decent and honest guy i would talk to. i got quotes from two others and Exclusive came in right where i wanted them to. moving day had a tiny glitch, i called Exclusive customer service and it was over in seconds. AND, MY STUFF ARRIVED WITHIN A WEEK AFTER I DID!!! no one moves that fast!!! move in went smoothly and the men were very polite. i even got a call a week after i got settled in to make sure everything went ok and to see if i had any concerns. CLASS ACT! i am a man of deep integrity, and i can honestly say, that i would highly recommend Exclusive Van Lines for your move.

best company
Angel was just that a moving angel :) I hired them from a Craigslist ad. I was told they were bonded and insured so I took a chance after speaking to Joey (the manager) I felt very confident in their ability to get the job done. This was not an easy move but Angel and his helper were efficient, careful, patient and quick in the process of moving us from point A to point B. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and will recommend them highly to anyone I hear is moving. If you are looking for careful efficient movers look no further, you have found them!!

nice and professional
Jake and his partner are so nice and professional! They were super quick, especially with this Texas heat! All of our items were covered in blankets and wrapped. They have their truck arranged in a way to protect all larger items from flying around back there. It took 4.5 hours total including the 40 mile drive to get to our new home. :) thank you two so much!

Professional, honest, and fast
My girlfriend and I scheduled our move with Daytona mover based on the recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. We were moving from apartment in Santa Monica into our new place in West Los Angeles. Andrew and his helper called ahead to let us know what time they would arrive, they were on time and got right to work. They hustled the whole time, and were very careful with our belongings. A desk that had been slightly damaged in a previous move did not survive being tipped onto a dolly, and not only was Andrew very apologetic but he actually offered to help me break it down and dumpster it OFF THE CLOCK after they had finished our move. I would not hear of it, but that shows what kind of guys work do Daytona luxury movers Daytona is the exact opposite. Professional, honest, and fast. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Hired Different Movers to unload truck with household goods for two bedroom apartment. The two men showed up on time, took directions easily, and were careful as well as efficient. The service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

I was helping a friend move this past weekend and had the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. These men were professional, punctual, respectful (of me, my friend and my friends furniture), and just all-around nice guys. One of the staff members of the U-Haul company on 90th and Maple said this company is top rated. Well, now I know why. Excellent service! I won not use anyone else.

moving experience with Dircks was quite good
My moving experience with Dircks was quite good. Though an estimator never came to my house to survey my goods, it worked out that there was adequate material(s) for all of my belongings and no secondary trips necessary. My move coordinator was in constant contact with me (but not too much) to let me know the progress of items. My moving team was awesome - the guys were quick and thorough - all my stuff arrived in as packed condition on the first day of my time window which to me was a HUGE positive thing. All in all a good company to work with !

NOT recommend this company
These young kids showed up 2 hours late, then took them another 30 minutes to get started. I requested 4 guys, they sent 3. I caught 1 of the guys out front of my building talking on his cell phone while I am paying him to wrap and move my furniture. They damaged an expensive credenza because they did not wrap it properly and were basically not careful. They argued with me about moving a $17,000 sofa, they wanted to shove it in an elevator that was too small. Anyone with an ounce of common sense could tell it would not fit. It is been 3 month since my move and they still have not returned my phone calls about being compensated for the damaged they did to my credenza. I would NOT recommend this company

Courteous, efficient and accommodating! Very professional from setting up appointment in the beginning to moving day operations. These gentlemen made use of all space in the truck and done swiftly. I would definitely reach out to them again for another move.

Totally unresponsive and irresponsible. Dehavens came to my home to do an estimate and then never returned my calls or emails afterwards. I guess they saw that I was not taking a lot of stuff and did not want their extra insurance option, so they decided to ignore me completely. What a waste of my time, and this behavior is completely unprofessional.

I have never actually written a Yelp review but feel compelled to do so after this experience. I will start by saying, the movers themselves are outstanding. If I was reviewing them alone, I would give them 5 stars. However, if I had to solely review the company and their unethical sales tactics, I would give zero stars if that was an option. So, because of your amazing staff alone, I am giving you three stars. If you are planning to hire this company know that they will change your estimate two days before they are to move you and not in your favor. We changed nothing. Added nothing. In fact, my husband chose to move things himself and we were still up charged $600 and nobody can explain why. It is a bait and switch since we could not possibly find another mover in two days during the busiest closing weekend. Due to the efficiency and hard work of their dedicated staff, we ended up paying a bit less but I still feel like we were taken advantage of. I am sure they have done this to others with no remorse so watch out. I will end this on a positive note. Their crews are wonderful, respectful, and hardworking. I wish the company took a page out of their employee handbook and acted the same way.

Very friendly and efficient movers.
Very friendly and efficient movers. They loaded up things very quickly, wrapped glass, and metal items to prevent scratching and breaking. I had a short move of about 2 miles. From a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom house. The move took less than 2 hours and I was very pleased!

I hope not to move anytime soon but I would definitely use them again
I had used Commonwealth Movers in 1999 and 2000 so when I had to move in 2021 I decided to again give them a try. The movers were amazing and hard working all three moves! I cannot believe how the move was orchestrated so flawlessly. This time they moved me out of a 4th floor apartment with no elevators! They worked hard and only took a 5 min water break during the apartment move out. During the move in to my new place I made them stop for a lunch break. Heck I was hungry and I was not working hard like them! I had them move a crickety old desk that should have fallen apart and it made it through without a problem. I was shocked! They completed the move quicker than expected, came in under budget, and billed accordingly. I even got locked out of my new apartment as they were packing up and they offered to get a ladder out so I could get in through the balcony door! I hope not to move anytime soon but I would definitely use them again!

Overall, these guys did a pretty good job with most things. However, they messed up in a couple of different areas. First, they were misleading re: how careful and experienced they are in moving pianos. We would not recommend them for piano moving! There were many dings (it looked like the legs had all been dropped,) and the pedal system was bent. When we asked that they repair it, they simply wrote us a check for an amount reached from an equation they use for basic coverage. Also, in our cross-country move and after storing our furniture with them for 4 months, they somehow left 2 large sections of our couch and another chair back in the warehouse. They were several days late with the first delivery and it was another 3 week wait to get the missing pieces.

Although i booked my move with Jason at least 3 weeks in advance, the day of the move all i received was a phone call from Rolph who was supposed to be at my house at 3:00 then another phone call saying it would be at 4:00, another call saying it would be 5:00. and final call at 6:00 saying they could not make it, but they would be back in the morning. They loaded one pod and said they would be back. No one showed up. After leaving messages for Jason and Wes, they did not call back until i said i would leave a review about what i had just went thru. I had to pay premium Weekend price to get another moving company to move me on Sunday. I would never recommend this company, ever especially if you have to move on a certain date.
