LD Moving
Do not use this company
DO NOT USE this company They are often one of the sub-contractors that other moving companies use. I used Star Relocation Services who assured me they would NOT be using this company and sure enough, they did and I had damage throughout my items. I asked Star Relocation this because LD was one of the companies I was originally looking to use directly and then I found out they have an F with the Better Business Bureau and many complaints filed against them. After hiring Star Relocation and having many of my things damaged in the move, I filed a claim including extensive pictures, etc. of the damage with their insurance company and never heard back from them. This was 3 months ago. If you are using any moving company make sure they DO NOT USE this company. They are careless with items, I lost about 700 worth of items that were damaged, including two 27 computer monitors, a chair, wine glasses broken, a dresser damaged and my piano stand was damaged as well. AVOID LIKE COVID.

Moved my furniture and goods from Austin, Texas, to Stillwater, OK.
Longoria is perhaps the most professional, most-together moving company I have ever encountered, and I have moved a lot -- using national firms as well as local men. Not only was Langorias office staff quite clear and responsive about pricing, estimates and times, the movers themselves were professional, careful, patient and nimble on their feet. I was horribly unorganized, but the two movers were swift and able to work around me. Not only that, I realized when I got to Stillwater, that I had left stuff behind in my separate apartment storage unit. Langoria picked it up and has held it for me while they find someone who can move it up here. And in Stillwater, they added two movers to make the unloading go rapidly. You will not find a better mover to make the awful day of moving a lot less hellish.

Key Express Inc
very responsive and professional
I just used Key Express moving piano from Northern California(bay area) to Orange County. I cannot express my happiness about their performance. First I talked the owner, Jessica, and she explained the whole process. I had to wait a little bit to get the space to move piano. Once she figured out, she contacted me with the plan. As soon as we agreed , she sent me a written contract. Everything went according to the plan. My son who received the piano, sent me an email how happy he was. He praised the process the workers handled at receiving site. First the price was reasonable and the workers are very professional, cautious, answered the questions we had while packing. They followed the pick up time and delivery time according to the contract. I strongly recommend this mover to anybody

Terrible experience. Avoid this company if at all possible. Movers were incapable of scheduling a set time to drop off delivery. When they finally did arrive, they began immediately to assess previously unexplained fees. Pushing trolley more than 75 ft from the truck. Climbing more than three steps. Waiting ten minutes. In total they charged me 150 more than my previously negotiated estimate. I doubt this was a fluke, as the movers seemed well rehearsed in demanding exorbitant fees and using your possessions as hostage. Save yourself the trouble of being victimized by another scummy moving company and look elsewhere.

I hired Kid Gloves to move me from a condo in Clearwater to a condo in Harbour Island, Tampa. They were on time, friendly and professional. The rate charged was fair. I would definitely recommend Ken and his crew to anyone.

King moving made my move so easy and stress free From the initial booking to moving day, the entire process was seamless and efficient. Harvey and his team showed up early and made us feel at ease the second they started the job. All of our furniture was wrapped and they took care of all of my fragile pieces. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Terrible claims process
I just filed a complaint on the BBB and it turns out there was already a complaint on file because they are not licensed as the advertise on there website. If I could give these guys zero stars I would. First of all they quoted a price of 175 for moving ONE item, then they asked were there ANY stairs My wife told them yes, they said it would be another 25 fee they NEVER asked how many stairs. Upon arrival it took them damn near an hour to get my 4000 zero gravity massage chair out of the house even though I told them several times the door would have to come off because thats how I got it in. After 30 minutes tweedle dee and tweedle dumb realized they needed to take the door off. Then it took another 20 minutes to put it back on. After arriving at my new residence they asked what floor was I going to I said 3rd floor and they started complaining about stairs. James said if he would have known it was the 3rd floor he would not have taken the job. Then he said it was going to cost more money, I told him we already agreed to a stair fee if he was not smart enough to ask what floor before taking the job that his fault, but I told them I would give them an extra 50 if they got it upstairs or I could just pay someone else to get it upstairs. After struggling and complaining he asked me could I go hire someone to help them. I found another person and he found another person which I ended up paying them 40 apiece. After finally getting the door off and the chair inside and unwrapped I noticed my remote was broken. And james actually had the nerve to ask me for the extra 50 after I paid the other two workers 80 and they damaged my chair. ARE YOU SERIOUS Then he tried to send the other guy with the teeth that looks like he bites holes in donuts to intimidate me. WRONG! After he saw I was not intimidated he told me good luck trying to get that motherfucker fixed. I felt the same way about his teeth but I just said I would be filing a claim in small claims court since they are bonded and insured. After he said a few more curses at me I closed the door in is face.

Did not show up on time. Acted as if they had all the time in the world when they finally arrived four hours later and took frequent breaks. Constant complainers about everything. Did not have tools they needed, claimed someone stole them off the truck. Seemed to pack well, but no structure or plan of attack. Kept jumping between projects.

professional and careful
I am so impressed by JC motors. Their professionalism, diligence and care really made my experience. I came in for a repair that the car dealership said I urgently needed done. JC motors let me know it was not at all urgent and actually found a broken hose that was not noticed. They fixed the hose. It did not cost an arm or leg and the work was done efficiently and quickly. I will be coming here for every car repair I may need. Money well spent

Great moving experience
Great service! I used them for two residential moves. Staff was efficient and the job was done early both times. They take extra care and rewrap furniture and fragile items with their own supplies and also lay down pathway mats so your floors are not damaged from the dollies. Would definitely recommend and use them for my next move.

Terrible experience showed up and opened up all boxes to repack and inventory the boxes. Upon completion of inventory they stuffed packing paper in already full boxes, which caused the boxes to blow out and compromised the integrity of my boxes. Once I received the boxes all the boxes fell apart and then once stacked the boxes crumbled and damaged contents within. Do not recommend.

Highly recommending Riley and Sons Moving. They handled a complicated downsizing to an apartment of an elderly family member. The final actual cost came in under estimate, even with moving a 13-foot wide made-to-fit multi-part China cabinet into an upper-floor apartment. All 4 Riley team members were polite, professional, careful, and worked nonstop to finish this all-day move. They even pre-manufactured wooden crates to safely transport a huge wall-mounted mirror and a slate bar top. Do not think twice, just hire Riley and Sons Moving.

Movers were to arrive at 8:00am on the agreed upon moving day. With no sign or call from Coyne, I called at 9:00am to inquire as to the status. I was informed that an employee had gotten our paperwork wet and they were no longer able to read our contact details. The employee decided to just wait until we called to complain. Once I called, they informed me that they would not be able to get to the house until noon. I agreed only because I knew we would not be able to get another company on such short notice and our move absolutely had to happen on this day. Once movers finally arrived, we learned that they did not even have the appropriate equipment and in fact had to go rent a truck and other moving equipment, further delaying their arrival. The movers were very rough with our items, marking up the woodwork of both the old and new houses as well as leaving dings and marks in the walls and on furniture. I had asked for three movers but only two were sent. The two spent most of the day bickering between themselves and in front of our young children. They moved the last box into our new home at almost 2:30am, making for an exhausting and frustrating day for all. At no time was a discount offered due to the lateness of their arrival or for the damage they caused. One of the movers did offer to come back on his own and touch up the paint on the walls but after seeing the quality of their work, we were not comfortable with that.

Had an incredible experience using Joeys Movers. My friend moved recently and recommended them to me. Fernando and Maurice were total pros. Friendly, safe, and clean. They wrapped up all of our furniture and were extremely efficient. My entire studio apartment took 2 hours to load and unload. Highly recommend

The movers were very professional and handled everything perfectly. Jared did a great job of organizing the moving. He was focused on being as efficient as possible to get the most work done for the money. Jared helped to make a situation with the potential for a lot of stress easy. not satisfied with the service
This company may be good with moving you locally but they are not with moving across the states. This moving company damaged several pieces of furniture and had lost a box of my household items. I had insurance on the items but this company does not honor payment of the insurance for loss or damaged items. Once they have your payment in full for the move, the customer service is gone. Please do not use this company.
