HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Hands down the best movers in town They were quick, and careful with all our stuff. They were friendly. Jose spoke english well and was funny and well mannered. They moved us from a 4 bedroom town home to a detached single home and they were thorough with the items. Just make sure you tell them which goes or stays. Super grateful we got them! Will definitely recommend them Gracias

Used them to move into a storage facility and 7 months later used them again to move into our new home. They were great and prices were good both times and we had a lot. Friendly service and were careful with our stuff. I definitely recommend them if your looking for movers.

Excellent Work
Armando was awesome really quick and helpful responses to my inquiries every step of the way. I was a little worried since the prices seemed too good to be true. He and his team stopped by for an estimate and they were very pleasant and professional, which eased my concerns. Armando called the night before the move to confirm, which I really appreciated. The morning of the move, Alex and Mario showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time (great surprise) and were incredibly friendly. Within 30 minutes, my apartment was packed up and we were on our way about 20 minutes north to my new place. Despite a convoluted route to my new apartment with narrow doors, slow elevators, and a few turns, Alex and Mario never complained once and each trip they made up to my apartment, I was greeted with a joke, some singing, some friendly conversation, or at least a smile. Alex and Mario worked very hard and made sure my items were exactly where I wanted them in my new home. They also did not try to run up the clock, which I really admired. The pricing was incredibly fair as well. I was absolutely dreading this move, but Family Movers made it seamless and stress free. Between the reliability, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism, I will be recommending Family Movers to all of my friends. Thanks all for such a smooth move

Five Star Relocation
unprofessional moving service
This company is a scam. I had to ship my things from the USA to another country. Juan Rivera from 5 star came up with a quote that looked interesting. Nothing was done on time and the container arrived for loading 2 days later. After I left the USA, Juan asked me to call a certain Carlos, who told me they used more packing materials than expected and I have to pay the difference. I am planning to take the issue to a lawyer. The shipping company they used send me an email that they owe them money and do not return their calls. Please never use this company even if it is for free. They are unprofessional, liars, and not responsible at all.

fantastic job without overcharging
We chose to go with Fresh Start for our moving needs and we are so glad we did. Having moved a few times throughout my life, I can say Fresh Start has been the best movers I have used to date. Five Star Movers
disappointing moving experience
I hired five star movers for a long distance move. The booking process was good and very professional. Beyond that my experience was terrible. All of my items were neatly packed in plastic crates. It was evident that many of them were rummaged through or spilled as there was dirt on my clothes and some things were missing. Many of the plastic crates were damaged badly. When I pointed this out to the mover he said we have insurance you can file a claim. I was very disappointed by how little care was taken of my belongings.

We used the Lenexa location for storage and were told in writing that our pod would be moved indoors to a climate controlled facility. When it never happened, we went to unload our stuff and found it almost all to be molded ruined. To add insult to injury, the customer service is absolutely awful. After refusing to meet to discuss our concerns, they finally agreed and did not even offer an apology. Awful, awful customer service.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used. They destroy your furniture and one of them actually broken something and put it in my buildings garbage room. They lie, juice up their charges and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Fantastic service and attitude throughout the move. Crew was on time for packing, loading, and delivery days and kept things stress free for us. Home office checked in several times to confirm arrival times and made sure we were satisfied. Workers were VERY thorough in packing fragile items were individually wrapped in newsprint, padded paper or custom cut boxes. They even boxed up a grocery bag of trash we forgot about under a desk Truck was loaded very professionally and crew was great to work with getting things into the right rooms in our new house. Only casualties were a broken dinner plate and a scratched IKEA desk that they were sure to touch up before leaving.

Fast and very careful. They did a very good job padding/wrapping everything. I think they charge extra 30 mins for driving to/from your location (i.e. before they meet you and after they leave), which was not communicated, but showed up on the invoice.

Great moving experience
I had a great experience moving with Elite Moving. I had to get all my furniture and clothing from my New York apartment back to Los Angeles so a friend of mine suggested using Elite. They were super nice on the phone and and gave me a quote and pickup date. The guys showed up, disassembled and took everything down the stairs (which I really did not want to do) and dropped it off in LA. Gave them a pretty nice tip and they were really friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone moving especially across the country

My family moved from Michigan to Japan and used EZ Moving and Storage. Our move went good, they packed everything up and had our stuff in storage on time. While living in Japan my experience with EZ Moving and Storage was good. After a little over a year away, we bought a house and moved our belongings from storage into our new home. Many of our items were broken. We took pictures and submitted a claims form. After not hearing anything for a month, we contacted the 2 girls that we had previously talked to and they never returned any of our emails or our phone calls. We just moved back from Japan and we are opening boxes with more damaged goods. The movers packed my kids kindles without protecting them. The kindles are broken, our surfboard is broken, the frame that held my sons birth announcement is broken, my deep freezer is full of mold, many of our photo frames are broken, 4 of our lamps are missing pieces to put them back together, etc Its been OVER 4 months and this company has NOT contacted us - DO NOT use this company They do NOT care about you or your stuff

They are the most professional and reasonable priced moving company in the area. I called other places for a quote and the price was double the price of EverSafe moving. we sincerely cannot recommend
They damaged virtually every piece of furniture they moved. A door was broken off my very expensive antique dresser, knobs broken off the tv stand, a knob jammed into another dresser drawer and the center broke out, every piece was scratched in multiple places. I tried filing a claim with the insurance we paid for and they denied it. They did a terrible job managing space and tons of stuff got left behind for us to try to deal with later. Not to mention the movers squeezed us for a big tip in cash and told us not to write the amount on the form. Worthless company. Shady movers. Absolutely do NOT recommend.
