Slavas team was incredible. They are efficient and proficient in what they do. They used extreme care and wrapped our furniture with precision. They were punctual and did not stop working the whole day. I am glad we hired them and will hire them again in the future. We also had a piano in the move which is no easy task and they handled it with extreme care.

horrible experience
Horrible movers. Scratched and dented my dresser, damaged lamps and other furniture plus did not use blankets to move anything further damaging things. Flat out broke a nights stand legs off. Do not use if you value your items

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
I cannot say enough terrible things about this place. My Mother hired this company to move her from NY to Seattle, like every one else who has used them they did everything from make her wait over 6 weeks for he things to give her an estimate 4,800.00 less than what they finally charged her My Mother had to live with none of her things for a month in a half while they made excuses after excuses about where her things were. Eventually when they did show up (27 hours late from when they told us to be there) a ton of things were broken or missing.

I definitely would recommend this company.
Every employee I have dealt with deserves a 5 star. Beth, my sales associate, still after 8 months is still as helpful as she was before I signed the agreement. The cost of my move was considerably lower than other companies I checked with. The guys that actually moved me were extremely friendly and professional. Paula in accounting if is very helpful and extremely friendly. I am giving Dodge Moving a 5 star.

Professional team of movers Hired this company to move my father from Cheektowaga to Lancaster. Betty was wonderful at answering all of my questions and the three gentlemen who preformed the move were great! Polite, fast and took great care. The estimate was over what we had actually paid. Definitely the best option to move
Diggins and Rose did a great job moving my things into my apartment, and in particular accommodating for issues caused by the group that coordinated the beginning of my move. They were courteous, checked on everything, and in general did a great job

poor service
They pulled wool over my eyes. Very dishonest. They left my house after damaging a bureau and not installing 2 beds. These guys spent the whole day moving my things. It was a long day. They had me walk through and hid their damage. My Bureaus are destroyed. I need to get a new set. Why replace just the big piece. My bed is missing hardware and needs to be replaced. My childs bed was left so shaky they did come back to at least fix that.

i hate the customer service
I would never never never never never use these people. They send me spam text message almost every day and somehow my phone would not block them. I have kindly requested that they stop spamming me three separte times. I have phoned them, phoned their customer service and emailed them but this continues. If this is how they treat potential customers, I would HATE to see how they treat people who have already signed on the dotted line. However, as I look down this list of reviews, its pretty obvious they are a pretty sorry service provider.

No respond to my request worst experience
Direct Movers should be out of business. This is the worst moving company on the planet. They shipped my equipment and broke most of it and what they did not break they lost. They will not answer phones or emails. they demanded extra money after the agreement has been written up. I would not hire or TRUST them at this point to move a dog house one block down the street. BEWARE I promise you WILL be sorry if you hire this company. They should be used for everything they have.

Djen and team were attentive movers who worked efficiently, and even deconstructed my bed for the move and reconstructed it in my new home. They were communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate some of my special requests. Djen works very hard to ensure that the moving process goes smoothly and show how valued his customers are.

do not trust this company
After calling us to reschedule our move time to 9:30 in the morning to accommodate them. They left us standing there. When we called to see if they were coming, they acted like we were an inconvenience, and rudely said this is not gonna work out and hung up on us. We were left with no movers. Do not trust this company to come through for you.

worked really efficiently and helped
I have used District Relocators for several moves over the last 8 years and I am always impressed. My most recent move they were able to complete in 90 minutes They usually bring an extra person to help speed things along, but you only pay for the rate you were quoted. The team is great at what they do, especially Jermaine, Breon, Scrap, Derrick, and Don.

Called Daze Transfer and Storage to move a large hot tub from the driveway to the backyard. I was given a quote over the phone and approximate time for the day I needed. The crew showed up on time and were courteous and professional. They completed the job in record time and checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Daze Transfer and Storage. I will be using them again soon.

Amazing professional movers
Jonathan and his team absolutely rocked this move. Very professional and they made sure that EVERY box was accounted for. If anything was damaged at all they would call me before moving it. They packed the storage facility like a game of Tetris, making sure that all items placed were very secure so as not to let anything fall. And the team themselves were great to hang out with while they were working. Will definitely use them again.

An excellent experience with Mike and his team. We really enjoyed his professionalism and punctuality. Him and his team arrived at 10am, everything was moved without any damage to any of the furniture and they even wrapped all the furniture to make sure it would not get damaged on the way to the new place. Crown Moving & Storage, Inc
No respond to my request
I had the rep come and take the inventory and not ever receiving my estimate, I called the Sales Rep (Phil) and he had not even heard from the person doing the inventory. When I finally received my estimate I got texts asking if we had decided yet. Then eight days later I called to say we wanted to go with Crown for our move I was asked why it took me so long to decide. The sales rep changed the dates of the move and I was told I had changed them. Bottom line Phil showed no professionalism, never followed up like he said he would, and decided that everything was my fault.

They were fine for almost 20 years and they must be under new management because no one answers the phones, you can leave a voicemail and NO ONE will return your call NO ONE We have been double billed for 8 months, one on the unit we have there and apparently another unit that is empty because we do not even know the unit number or have a lock for that unit. I call and get a service center. They REFUSE to tell me the manager or district managers names. They would not tell me the parent company so I can contact them This place has gone down the tubes. They jacked up the monthly rates and the service fell through the cracks after it was sold. BEWARE Do not say I did not warn you

Moving is always stressful and difficult so the right moving company is essential for your peace of mind. We chose Carolina Moving and Storage and they made our move a great experience. We got to know Al, John, Cedric, Reggie and several others, aces all of them. They were professional yet engaging. They worked nonstop and made sure to be careful with all of our stuff. We have actually moved too many times in the past 8 years and this is the first time nothing was damaged or went missing. But the real support came when it was time to deliver our belongings. There was a delay in closing the house we sold so we could not close on time in our new location. Deborah just took the pressure off and said when the house closes let her know and she will work out a delivery schedule. She was not even rattled when we had another false start. To say we are grateful to all the Carolina Moving folks is an understatement. If you are moving choosing Carolina Moving is the only choice in my book.
