I hired this company to help me move from Kansas to Ohio. I informed them that I had a significant amount of artwork, antiques, collectibles, and large power tools. As I unpacked my property, I found they had damaged over $25,000 worth of property because they stuffed things into boxes without padding or because they loaded the truck improperly. Coleman assured me that since I had their insurance, that they would take care of everything. I received a settlement check for around $5,000. I am still in the process of fighting this claim, and Coleman has become unresponsive. I would advise people to look elsewhere for your moving needs. Your property will be damaged, and they will refuse to take responsibility.

Horrible service, overbooks which results in delivery not being on time. Lies about truck being serviced to make excuse for overbooking. Staff sucks, have to keep pestering them to get any answers. Stay away and take your business elsewhere. Melanie Ovel worst coordinator.

Capital Moving & Storage
bad experience
When you are thinking of hiring a moving company, the things you worry about most are cancellations and no-shows. Thats what happened to us when with this company. We had already agreed on a date and time one month in advance, but then they cancelled on us two weeks before the move for no apparent reason, and said they did not have available movers for our requested time, and wanted to change our moving time to the night. If you do not want this to happen to you, please do not hire this company. If there was a 0-star, I would give it to them

Blackwell Moving
no professionalism in moving
Crooked thieves! They have our product and refused to deliver it they have been paid and still have not delivered! Over two weeks waiting and the sender has traced it back to Blackwell movers and they have it. Blackwell has been paid well to deliver this and they refuse to deliver it they have kept my product and been paid to deliver it! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE!

Brooks Transfer & Storage Co, Inc
I would not recommend them.
Would not recommend. Had Brooks Transfer move, store, and return our belongings after a home renovation. Very disappointed. A mirrored night stand was broken in the move but they insisted it was broken before hand. It was not. They did not pay for it and basically called me a liar. This was just one issue but there were others. After claiming they would look into the issue, no one ever responded to me again. Under no circumstances would I use this company.

Booska Movers, Inc
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had to move from Burlington to florida. Booska was fantastic! Jamie took care of paperwork, loading and general question answerer. And I had a lot of questions. I was so happy with the packing (they even wrapped my sofa cushions!!!). Jamie was there to make sure it all went smoothly. Hes the best. I received all of my furniture and boxes in excellent shape. I am so happy I found Booska and highly recommend the company

Amazing professional movers
Amazing company owned by equally amazing people. They have very competitive rates and are very punctual, my last with them (I have used them more than once) was just furniture so they were going to my parents house and then to mine and my parents live kinda far out there. They found managed the massively steep driveway and arrived on time. Then they managed to find my place when a rideshare I would not name cannot find my house. I have decided if I ever move one of the pieces just comes with the place because it was so large I do not even know how the guys managed to get it up my stair case that does a complete turn. I was sure I was going to be asking them to take it back to my parents house instead but they got it up there unharmed!

Best Deal Movers, LLC
very professional in loading
From the first call - which was answered by a HUMAN on the first ring - to the parting handshake, everything went like clockwork. The BEST DEAL employees were all professional, courteous, friendly, respectful, well-mannered, and relieved a great deal of stress associated with moving. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - 5 stars!!

super friendly and very professional
Super professional. Greatly efficient. Reasonable fees. Our recent move went beyond our highest expectations. If you are moving into Eugene, moving out of the city or like us just resettling across town there is no moving company that does a better job. They came highly recommended. The crew was fabulous. And they even finished the move very quickly and under the very reasonable estimate.

extremely careful with all our furniture
If you need a great moving crew, call Buck head Movers and storage request Bruce and his crew! We have used Buck head Movers and storage 3 times, and Bruce and his crew are by far the best ever. They were extremely careful with all our furniture, took the time to wrap and seal things properly. I know moving companies do not always have the best reviews, but Bruce and his crew are by far superior over all the rest!!

Extremely happy with this company.
Was referred by my realtor. The estimate was spot on so no additional charges :) The driver, Carlos, was the best! Two different crews, one at departure and one at destination, were both careful, respectful and efficient. Would highly recommend!!

great job protecting our furniture
This is our 3rd move with SF Bay Area Movers, and Rigo and his team are amazing. They arrived on time, ready to go. They are very careful with all of your belongings, the floor/furniture, and make sure to adjust things that are not right (we had to rebalance our fridge that we moved). Not to mention incredibly efficient with packing and loading/unloading the truck. Highly recommend for anyone who needs moving services!

B&B Movers did an awesome job with my move! They were a crew a 4 super nice guys and very FAST! They moved my two-bedroom apartment into a three-story townhouse (lots of stairs) in two hours! I would absolutely recommend these guys. On-time, courteous, wrapped everything (furniture, TV, mattresses, etc) super nicely, communicative, careful, and fun :) Most of my moves I have done the old-fashioned HARD way -- never again. I am going with B&B movers every time! Best money I have spent (and not too expensive compared to others!). I have a chalkboard wall, and they left me a cute little message - "B&B was here"! :) so happy to be moved in and sitting on my couch! All the hard work is done!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
RUN DON"T WALK from this company! Deceptive advertising, add on charges, hidden charges and a driveway warranty is what you can expect with this clan (warranty ends when they leave your driveway). Oh and did I tell you that they want to be paid in "cash". Surely avoiding the IRS. The move cost 3x more than Steve quoted over the phone. Expect broken and damaged furnishings. The morons flooded our kitchen when they ripped the line from the wall without disconnecting the water from the refrigerators automatic ice maker. Then did not offer to help clean it up. If you call to complain you will certainly wind up with Jeff the "manager". This guy cannot walk and chew gum! Would not give their address for us to send a complaint. After many attempts could not find anything to prove they are either "licensed" or "bonded". The Terms & Conditions Agreement you sign makes them liable for none of your belongings. Do yourself a favor and save some money and major headaches... Find a company that stands behind their work. I am going to recommend NEWS Channel 5 check into this RIP OFF outfit.

If you like having your valuables go "missing" and not be able to contact the company who was entrusted to care for them because they never answer their phones or return your calls and messages, then AIM in Columbus is the right choice to move you. If you have a choice in who moves your HHG for yourself and/or your family, unlike my family who were assigned this company by the military, then save yourself the hassle and expense of replacing your valuables and choose a better moving company than this one. Clearly this company has no desire to take care of the belongings they are paid well to store and move, not only are we missing items that are well over $30K in value ( I am low balling) but many of our items are scraped up and damaged. I would not recommend them.
The movers came on time but were very slow. I had 2men , 1 spoke no English and his main job was to use excessive amounts of tape the other man did most of the actual moving . They were very slow and could be seen just sitting in the truck. My move should have taken less than 2 hours but took close to 4. I do not recommend this moving company and will not use them again.
