Subject :really bad customer service

Comment : If you like having your valuables go "missing" and not be able to contact the company who was entrusted to care for them because they never answer their phones or return your calls and messages, then AIM in Columbus is the right choice to move you. If you have a choice in who moves your HHG for yourself and/or your family, unlike my family who were assigned this company by the military, then save yourself the hassle and expense of replacing your valuables and choose a better moving company than this one. Clearly this company has no desire to take care of the belongings they are paid well to store and move, not only are we missing items that are well over $30K in value ( I am low balling) but many of our items are scraped up and damaged. Not confident that this company will take any responsibility as they still have not responded to our many messages trying to locate our missing items, we have looped in the military side (TMO/DMO) to try to assist us with this issue, if they assign you this company to move my suggestion is do a DITY or raise hell to get another company.
