damaged my furniture
Worst moving company ever. One mover kept asking for pain pills. I gave him Tylenol and he kept going on about how it was not working for his hip. Sorry, bud, cannot help you. He almost broke a piece of furniture because he was too lazy to disassemble it completely. I did it myself. They broke large piece of furniture by over tightening screws so much they went completely through the furniture. They broke our treadmill. They had no care for our property and were very slow to move out of the house. Asked for pieces of furniture we were discarding and then decided they did not want it at 8 pm at night so I had no way to get rid of it now. Then the manager through a tantrum about having to move it on the truck. I cannot leave it here so just do your job. To add insult to injury, they took 2.5 weeks to deliver our stuff 6 hours away. No communication unless I called first. Kept saying they needed to combine trips with another shipment. Finally arrived, no text for confirmation, as promised. Turns out they had broken down trucks that meant they could not bring it. I do not know how this company has good reviews. Just horrible service all around.

DLux Movers and Storage
Extremely unprofessional
I hired this company to move my 67 year old Mother and they DID NOT SHOW UP! This company verified my address, time, etc and was a NO SHOW. I called 15 minutes after scheduled time and Sara answered, which is who scheduled the move. She stated she would follow up with the drivers but I never heard back. I called several times after and NO answer. Luckily a nearby neighbor was able to help me unload the heavy stuff but it really left us in a bind. Not sure why anyone would want to do Business with this company!

Unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy. Moved from KCMO to SF. While the pickup went smoothly, delivery took weeks despite quickly providing a moving address. Delivery date was given with less than 24 hours notice, boxes were received heavily damaged, missing, and a number of items were delivered that were not mine. Customer service was useless and frequently did not respond. Was told to file claim which was then declined. DO NOT MOVE WITH DELTA MOVERS.

Daley Moving & Storage, Inc of Torrington
unprofessional moving service
We used Daley Movers for an in State move a year ago. We had to buy insurance for damages they caused. This was a first for us, 2 prior movers took care of any damage. Daley had at least six broken items and missing jewelry, clothes and other items.

Dependable Auto Shippers-DAS
not satisfied with the service
I was shipping my car to CA and had scheduled a rental car until my car got there. The car was so late I extended the rental car and still spent a week waking up a 4am to catch the train and ride my bike through south San Francisco to get to work. I called 100s of times and no one ever knew anything. Could not tell me where my car was. And never called back even when they promised they would "look into it and call me back." And they got mad at me for wanting to know where my car was. I have a stick shift so I did not want someone driving my car cross country but after my experience with DAS it would have been better to fly to drive car myself. Seriously thought they had lost my car. Choose a different company. Or drive it yourself. Honestly it would have been the same price for me and much less stressful/frustrating.

This was my second time using them for an in-town move and I was pleased again. Second time was better than the first. The first time, they got delayed and did ot end up arriving til 8pm to start the move. This time I got the 9am-11am window and was the first move of the day. The movers were on time, courteous, friendly and hard-working. They did not try to milk time and were very efficient. Price for two movers and a truck was super reasonable. Worth every penny. Highly recommend and will use again if needed in the future. Office staff was easy to work with, friendly and offered great customer service!

Excellent service and the price
These guys are top shelf! Excellent customer service, excellent diagnosticians, expert technicians. We had a major repair done to our a/c unit as well as air duct cleaning. Our home was full of busy young men all working together beautifully. We were back up and running in 2.5 hours, even though they had to deconstruct the compressor to get it through the attic door. They all explained what they were doing, and why, each step of the way. When the job was done, they explained proper maintenance and urged us to call should any problems arise. We do not expect any. We just feel great about this company, the quality of service and workmanship, and the knowledge of its employees. For the first time, in a very long time, I can recommend a company with no hesitations.

highly efficient and professional
Roger and Alex helped us move. They were tasked to help load our moving truck. They were quick, efficient, thorough, careful and friendly. They arrived on time and got right to work. We will definitely plan to use Dream Team Movers for our next move and will recommend them to our friends. As an aside they also do Junk removal.

Capitol City Delivery Movers
Great moving experience
We rented a Uhaul for our move from Chicago to Kentucky. Capitol City movers came out to Hazard to help us unload the truck. The movers, Larry and William, quickly and carefully moved everything into our apartment and even made sure everything was in the correct room. More than that they were so funny I would have to say they were the highlight of our move! I am so glad we called. Capitol City Movers will be our first choice next time we need to move.

fantastic customer service
Compass moving were fantastic. I have never seen people work so hard and so thoughtfully. They treated our belongings with care and respect. Nothing was too much for them. They made a complicated move from a house and storage unit to a rental on several floors quick and easy. My mother and I are so impressed we have already decided to use Compass again next year when we finally move into the new home we are building.

Colen packed my house in Ft. Wayne and stored the contents for 3 years. Then they delivered to Indianapolis and did the unpack. I had zero damage including antique furniture, paintings, and other art work. Fragile things were crated or packed very careful. The crews were fast, neat, and professional. The inventory list ran to about 350 items and boxes - every single thing was accounted for. The office staff went out of their way to keep in contact and make sure the entire experience was a positive. Just a great company to work with. I would certainly recommend them!
