I was shipping my car to CA and had scheduled a rental car until my car got there. The car was so late I extended the rental car and still spent a week waking up a 4am to catch the train and ride my bike through south San Francisco to get to work. I called 100s of times and no one ever knew anything. Could not tell me where my car was. And never called back even when they promised they would "look into it and call me back." And they got mad at me for wanting to know where my car was. I have a stick shift so I did not want someone driving my car cross country but after my experience with DAS it would have been better to fly to drive car myself. Seriously thought they had lost my car. Choose a different company. Or drive it yourself. Honestly it would have been the same price for me and much less stressful/frustrating.
