I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they emptied a five-bedroom house, and how helpful they were in getting everything set up at the new place. I've moved a LOT and these guys were the best movers I've ever dealt with.

No complaints
There is nothing I can complain about when I remember my moving with Divine moving and storage. I did not move before but I believe that I received the best service and the most hardworking workers. In a very short time everything was done and I paid a reasonable price for everything. They truly gave me a stress free and relax moving experience. They are highly recommended!

Trying to contact anyone on the phone was a different story. They had the best rate and good reviews from what I saw. I was only doing a small local move. I asked for a move date of August 1, 2017. ONLY AFTER I signed a contract did they tell me I had a 48 hour window of pick up and delivery. That meant that they would move me EITHER on August 1 OR 2. If I wanted a guaranteed date then I would have to pay an additional $150. WHAT!? I stuck to the time frame and took time off work. The evening before, the company called me and told me they would be coming Aug 1 between hours of 4-8pm. On August 1, I hear from no one until almost 8pm. The driver tells me they are running late and ask if it’s ok for them to come at 9pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That’s arrive by 9pm and move the minimum 3 hours or more. I have a young son and that would have been too late. So I opt for the next day and take ANOTHER day off of work. The driver says they will show up between 12-4pm August 2. On August 2 by 3pm I have heard from NO ONE. I try to call the driver, no luck. I call the company number, I get transferred to several different departments before I’m placed on hold and then a voicemail. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So I leave a message about how I haven’t heard from anyone and it’s almost 4pm. So I wait. 4pm rolls around, NOTHING. Again I call. I leave another message because no one is picking up. 430pm comes around I call again and leave another message. At this point I am furious, I go online to their website and have to find someone I can chat with. This is a person doesn’t work directly with the company but gives me the phone number and EXTENSION to get ahold of someone. FINALLY someone answers. I speak with Johanna. I explain to her my situation and explain how poor service this is. I have a mobile business myself and I know when I am going to be late even over an hour. These guys do this all the time, they should know how to figure out timing. I tell her I have heard from no one, left several messages, and have had to take two days off work. She explains that because I was given a 2 day window of pick up and delivery that they were in that window so she can’t do anything for me. NO, you tell me your driver is going to arrive in a 4 hour window and BOTH times they are LATE by more than an hour. I ask for some compensation and she again says that because I am still within my delivery window there is nothing she can do. Because the driver in on their way and I need to move, I keep the appointment. I ask for the boss’ name and when they would be in. The driver and two college age kids show up at 6:00pm (2 hours after the arrival window). It takes them 2 hours to load my stuff. That makes it 8pm. The contract I signed was for 1 hour travel to my place and 3 hours of moving, so 2 hours have passed for my move. My new place is LITERALLY 10 min away from my old place. I drive to get there first and I wait A WHOLE HOUR!!! for them to show up. WHERE’D they go? The driver comes to me and goes over the bill. THEY CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL HOUR - 1 hour to drive to my old place, 2 hours to load, 1 additional hour to drive to my new place that was literally 10 min away, and 1 hour to unload = 5 hours total instead of 4. I was PISSED. Realizing that the driver can’t do anything and will not unload my stuff until I pay him, I do so and plan to speak to owner next day. They unload very quickly even leaving trash that I have to clean up and packing HEAVY boxes or FRAGILE boxes that are CLEARLY marked on top of lighter boxes which crush them. Next day I call every hour or two and leave a message for the owner to call me because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE always to voicemail. I explain that I would like to speak to the owner about my move and to please call me. By the end of the day I have heard NOTHING and I have NEVER HEARD from anyone since. Having many friends who have done cross country moves, not one could recommend a good moving company. We had considered renting a Pickup Van and doing it ourselves until we found American united vanlines. Their sales rep promised that our move would not be one dollar over the quoted amount. On the move day a foreman and his two helpers came to our home, disassembled our bed and boxed it, same with sofa, flat screen TV, and bikes. They were fast, efficient and professional. They have reached with our belongings right on time and reassembled the things that were packed. It was surprisingly a painless move thanks to them. Now I am the one who can recommend with full confidence.

Traditional Express Van Lines
Poor communication and lies
I am having a very poor experience with Traditional Express. First, while selling me on thier services, the sales rep told me I could pay for the deposit, the payment due at pickup, and the final payment all with a credit card on file. I had a confusing conversation with the driver who picked up my boxes and he told me that wouldn't be the case and "maybe you heard incorrectly". I wasn't able to reach anyone that weekend and spent the next week trying to get in touch with my rep to clarify. When I final got him on the phone (begrudgingly), he told me again that final payment by credit card was fine but had 3-4% service charge. Then he gave me another number to call for any future questions - it was clear he had earned his commission off me and didn't care do deal with my file any more. I then contacted the customer service rep he told me to speak with. The service rep eventually (after several emails trying to clarify) told me that no, I couldn't use the credit card method for the final payment unless I had "pre-approval prior to pick up" and she did not see that approval in the notes. Then there is the issue of scheduling the delivery. I was told originally during the sales pitch the delivery would happen sometime between August 8-12. Then after being directed to the service rep I was told August 13-14th. When I reached out on the 12th to confirm I was told the delivery was now scheduled for the 17th. When no one showed up or called on the 17th, I reached out and was told it was coming on the afternoon of August 18th. Today is the 18th, my second day of setting aside other responsibilities to wait for delivery, and the movers haven't shown up or called. I can't get ahold of the service rep. All in all I have found the communication extremely lacking and feel I'm being lied to. I didn't mind waiting a little while for a delivery, but I was given specific, incorrect information as a sales tactic and had the delivery window changed 4 times.

Best moving Company
What a great company, I'm still so shocked how nice they are. Guys came really fast and were great with helping and planning how to pack and move everything. House was not so easy and they needed to move things from the second floor. The things were not so difficult to move but there were a lot of valuables to be packed nicely. They were great and did everything really fast. This was by far the easiest move ever and I arrived in the new house in North Miami Beach, really fast and started to move in with my family.I can recommend this company to anyone who is moving they will deliver the goods with great service and great price. I'm very happy and will recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks again guys you made my day!

They were extremely organized and efficient. They kept me updated via text msg when the movers were on their way and went they got to the new place. The guys were super fast during the move and had extra tape/ blankets available. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

Changed my perception about moving
When I was discussing my move with the sales rep from American united vanlines, he ensured me that their workers would be at my place with all necessary tools and a van within 8 am and they would complete the move within the given deadline. I knew that is not possible because they had to deal with many things and I never heard that moving companies are punctual. However when they arrived before 8 am, I was hoping for the best as they had already made a good first impression. I was actually surprised when they completed the packing about an hour earlier than the quoted time and charged less than the quoted price!! I was more surprised when I did not find any kind of damage!! Truly speaking they have changed my perception towards the moving companies.

These movers really blew my socks away, punctual, respectful, and hard workers, they really got my number when they realized I wanted a seamless move, no hassle and no funny business. So they were great really, and after half the job was completed and we were able to relax a little because we were doing great time, we got to talk a little bit and ended up having a nice time. Job done
I hired them to pick up and deliver a 760-pound safe that I had purchased. The movers showed up early and did a great job. The whole delivery and placement in my basement was done before I thought we would even be started. My final charge ended up being substantially lower than their phone estimate when I made the appointment for the move. The movers were extremely professional, seemed to know exactly what to do, navigate a difficult set of stairs with a very heavy object, and got the job done safely.

The whole delivery and placement in my basement was done before I thought we would even be started.
