Saved us a lot of time
My company hired Presidential Moving Services to move one of our employees to another of our branches and we had a very easy time with them, so we have now added them to our list of vendors and will contract them for future moves. They understood what was a priority for a corporate relocation which saved a lot of time.

Nothing seemed impossible!
From the first moment I made contact with you, to arrange an urgent pick up at short notice, until the final delivery, you have been a truly professional company. Nothing seemed impossible for you, timescales were upheld and immediate responses, pricing reasonable and fair and everyone went out of their way to find sensible solutions to a problem delivery. Considering this move was to be a short notice move which needed to be executed without any time wasting. Executing a move of this volume on such a short notice requires certain praise. There were a lot of belongings which needed to be moved. I cannot thank you enough for saving my butt American united van lines. I shall always remember you.

Well to work with.
It was very simple and very easy. I did have a lot of pieces and the movers made it seem as if it was an easy job. Good hard working man. Customer service was great, they kept their communication open with me. The pricing was low and affordable. Expert Van Lines were very easy to work with. I recommend them.

They have all the best qualities
These guys were nice, friendly and courteous. During their work, I could only see smiles on their faces. My furniture was intact when they delivered it and there were no scratches or dents. The furniture was in an excellent condition thanks to these people. I do not know how to thank them. I wish I could give them more than five stars! Great moving company! They are punctual, efficient, caring and professional. All I can do is recommend American united vanlines to all my friends and family.

I'm glad I chose Divine moving and storage for my move. The company and their workers were everything I could have asked for. They were respectful and did their best to please me during my move. All my things were packed away nice and neat. When I received my shipment on time, all of my things were just the way I left them, not a scratch on them. I just wanted to take this time to express my great gratitude towards this company for honestly helping me with everything! They are a great company for any long distance moves!

Great experience from start to finish. If you figure how much to rent, drive and buy gas for a truck and hire people on both ends to move the big things its a deal to hire a crew that knows what they are doing. Just hope they go to our next destination. Great Job

So respectful
The easiest way to put it that we were really impressed in regards to professionalism of the crew; the way they treated my wife and the way they spoke to us. They were very respectful of us. They did a super job of packing the trailer. It was travelling 3,000 miles. They treated our furniture as if it was their own furniture.

Interstate Relocation Systems
SCAMMERS
We hired Interstate Relocation Systems in April 2017 to move us. We were given a phone quote and after checking two other companies. Then the NIGHTMARE began. The movers were two days late which resulted in us having to pay our home buyers a months rent. The crew arrived late in the day and the move lasted until midnight. AFTER our goods were loaded we were informed that our original quote DOUBLED.The Russian crew consisted of four men. The crew leader demanded a $100 "tip" for each man after I had bought them two meals. Because we had not purchased another home, we sent our goods to the home office in Ft Lauderdale, FL for storage. The original storage quote was $300 per month. That quote increased to $500. In August we purchased a new home, called for our goods and were told that we would be given a delivery date in two weeks with a 48 hour window after the delivery date was scheduled. The driver sent a text message asking if we had "access" to his truck. We were happy because we had been sleeping on the floor for two weeks. On the big day the driver, Eddie, sent a text message that he had been stopped by the Virginia Department of Transportation and would not be able to come to our house. He said that our belongings would be taken to a town 75 miles away and put in storage at our expense. At this point I was very angry. I told him to stay put and I would pick him up and prove to him that he could get his truck to our home. When I met him I told him that we lived on a gravel road. He said that he was not allowed to drive on a gravel road. At this point the extortion began. He said that if I paid him $1200 cash he would get our goods delivered. I made it clear that that was not going to happen. His next plan was for me to rent TWO U-Haul trucks and he would hire a crew to load the trucks at his expense. I was forced to agree because of our living conditions. My son and I met him at 0630 at the U-Haul dealership. His hired crew did not show. My son and I has to load our trucks ourselves. I hired four men to offload at our house at my expense. We "HAD" an house full of fine antiques. When we unwrapped our furniture most of the large pieces were broken beyond repair. There were boxes of fine china in pieces. I had called the companies "Customer Service" who informed me that everything that happened was within their guidelines and if I continued to complain they would sue me. I won't go on here but will add this, PLEASE AVOID INTERSTATE RELOCATION SYSTEMS at all costs. Today I plan to file a claim for damage. I will also complain to any government agency who will listen as well as hiring an attorney. BEWARE of all moving companies. Do your homework. Do a thorough background check.

Good move
While I was hesitant about hiring a moving company, I knew very well it would be hard with no family around to help with the move. I found American united vanlines on Google and had a team of four people to pretty much manage my entire moving. They were very quick and professional of packaging all our kitchen things. They walked us through the entire process making it a safe, quick, and amazingly enjoyable experience. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking to move. They will absolutely be my 1st call for my next move.

Broke Our Furniture
I can't give them a star because they really don't care about your property. We used them to move from Webster to Houston and it took four hours for the truck to arrive. We were told by the owner the truck had broken down enroute, but the guys on the second truck said that the first truck was involved in an accident on I-10. One of the guys on the second truck was holding one of our 55" TV's hostage for a check halfway into the unloading of the truck. We later found out why. It seems that our entertainment center, new Headboard, and a few other things were destroyed in the wreck when the load shifted inside the truck. There website states they are fully insured and don't worry about your things. Now we can't even get the owner to do anything about our damages. He just keeps putting us off and still denies the truck was in an accident. It has been over a month since the move and when I talked to him last he hung up on me. Be very careful choosing who moves your precious belongings.
