They stand out
These guys really stand out from the rest. Everyone suffers a lot because some moving companies are a big disappointment. American united vanlines is an exception. I hired them for moving my goods. Their service is impeccable, especially their efficiency and punctuality is praiseworthy. They deserve a round of applaud and my gratitude for their excellent service. I highly recommend them for long distance moves.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Let's just start with they couldn't even spell our name correctly on the boxes. That should have been my first red flag right there. (Not like I had a choice.) Then we get to the other side where we get our stuff dropped off. (Not the same moving company on the receiving end.) I was so excited to get my stuff, finally sleep in my own bed after a month of hotels and air mattresses. Low and behold, I get my stuff, and one of my mattresses is missing...That's right, I said MISSING!!!! Oh they also lost a box spring. LET ME JUST ADD THE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING NEVER MADE THE INVENTORY LIST AND NOW IT'S MAGICALLY MISSING! Poof, gone! How is that even possible? Upon further inspection and unpacking, we noticed there is an entire bin of toys missing. They also "misplaced" a dog food container full of hot wheels. My trash can has been through a move from El Paso to Hawaii, Hawaii to San Antonio, then this move...IT HAS NEVER BEEN DENTED IN ALL THOSE MOVES, this move, our shortest move to date, and the can looks like it made a trip down Niagra Falls. My oscillating fan is bent and will not stand up straight. There were two big flower pots we had that seem to have "vanished" as well. They also seem to have misplaced all the hardware for my entire bedroom set, and my sons crib. If you can avoid, using this company at all cost. They should lose their contract with moving military.

Wonderful moving experience
I want to share my wonderful moving experience with Sun City Movers Florida. Before this move, I hired an unprofessional company, they wasted my time and damaged my 2 precious stuffs. So at that time I thought to remove all movers from my favorite list and now it was the right time to communicate you guys to suggest for Sun City Movers Florida. I moved from Palm Bay to Melbourne, FL. It was short distance location from my home. I heard about their popularity so it was so easy to choose them, though initially I had some doubt. But my hesitation became my strength as the time went on. Three guys came on the spot and picked all of my stuffs. Everybody was so smart and worked with a sweet smile. They impressed me very much. Excellent!
The folks at Expert Van Lines made our move far easier than I could have imagined. Everything went smoothly and the gentleman who loaded the truck did an amazingly efficient job which allowed us to avoid using an extra truck, in turn saving us some money. Red Raider Moving
Dud Alert: Waste of Time and Sanity
In short: don’t even bother with these duds. I enlisted Red Raider in Sept after a relative passed away; we needed to move their belongings from Westgate Self Storage to Bob Gore’s Auction House. It took me four separate attempts across two days to get a callback from the owner, Ryan. They were scheduled to meet us at Westgate at 1pm on September 21st. We arrived early to clear out the unit and make easier for the movers to load the truck. At 12:15 Ryan text they were delayed by two hours. My main concern was Bob Gore’s Auction House closes at 5pm and we’d miss the delivery cutoff. Ryan asked to move the pickup to the next day at 8am, which meant reloading the storage unit and doing it all over again tomorrow. Instead I called Bob Gore who was beyond kind and courteous, assuring us he’d stay open as long as we needed to get this done. Afterward I reached out to Ryan and received no response for two and half hours. At 2:43pm, when his crew was supposed to arrive in 17 minutes, he informed me they were delayed ANOTHER two hours. Now they wouldn’t arrive until 5pm at the earliest. I told Ryan this whole thing was very unprofessional, prompting him to become argumentative. He claimed he informed us of their right to delay a service within 30 minutes of the appointment. I do not recall such a disclaimer. But regardless, even if I had been informed of such a policy, he violated those terms with the second delay notification that arrived only 17 minutes before their supposed 3pm arrival. Ryan then said he didn’t want to do business with us and cancelled the contract altogether, leaving us high and dry after hours of stringing us along. I contacted Bob Gore to let him know what was going on. As someone who’s been in business since 1958 he couldn’t believe what happened. Next I informed the manager of Westgate Self Storage who was equally appalled and kindly referred us to ZipDog. Imagine our shock when a real person answered the phone on the first call. ZipDog was very helpful and booked us for the following day. Their prices were lower than Red Raiders AND on top of that they offered an additional discount. Red Raider left us pretty jaded that day but Bob Gore, Westgate, and ZipDog more than made up for their lack of professionalism. As an Amarillo native who attended Texas Tech I think it’s terrible this unreliable company shares the name of our beloved University mascot.

Sun City Movers Florida are great! I hired them over a month in advance and they were willing to answer any of my questions. They sent me an estimated quote within minutes and they were very professional. They called me a day before the move to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. They came to pick everything up on time and did everything quickly and neatly. The truck showed up at the exact time we were expecting them with absolutely nothing broken. Everything was done so neatly that it took them less than 30 minutes to unload an entire studio apartment from the truck. I paid what i was expected to pay, only a few extra dollars for some materials they used to make sure things wouldn't break. I was so pleased with the drivers, they unloaded things cleanly and placed everything where i wanted them to. I would use these guys again!

Although the job exceeded few min, it was through no fault of their own, and given the quality of work, I had no problem paying the extra money for the extra time. I would happily recommend the company to family, friends and others.

I can't say enough good things about Sun City Movers Florida! I needed my household stuffs moved as early possible from Orlando to Naples. We had hired another company and that took deposits but never showed up. Then after being recommended through one of our family friends, I called on their office. The representative, David walked me through the process genuinely. He was completely honest and efficient. I was a stranger to him but he increased my confidence. I had absolutely no tension. David continuously was in touch. Final price was exactly the same as he quoted at beginning. They delivered my belongings within the window. Actually it was worth every penny of mine. I highly recommend them.

Their staff was great
Our scheduled moving company wanted to move our pickup date to 5 days later than scheduled. We had to be out of our home in 2 days. Needless to say we were in a state of panic when Sun City Movers Florida called us and rescued us. They called on a Thursday morning and were there the following day to pick us up and move us from Ocala to Cape Coral. Their staff was great. They contacted us several times to reassure us that they would be there as promised. We are very grateful to this caring company. We do not know what we would have done without them. These guys are a God send. They were quick, efficient, and friendly and were just what I needed in this hectic but joyous time. My boyfriend and I moved from two apartments into one, and they made it so easy on both of us. The teams were amazing and showed up perfectly on time and coordinated the move so that the things arrived within an hour of each other. Two different moves but yet they didn't break the bank!

I was very pleased
I was very pleased with the recent move from Madison FL to Daytona Beach. We moved from a 2 story townhouse to a 3 story TH so the amount of things to move was not overwhelming but they are bulky including a piano. The crew showed up early, proceeded to assess the requirement, and got to work promptly. They were efficient, careful, and very mindful of the furniture. The same kind of attention was provided unloading the furniture into the new townhouse. Throughout the process they were very efficient as if to realize the customer is paying by the hour, and very pleasant. The process was painless and as pleasant as possible given the move situation which always creates stress. Rose the service rep called two times during the moving day (Saturday) to ensure all was on track and met expectations. I'd recommend Sun City Movers Florida to all.
