Expert Van Lines
Expert Van Lines: You Do Business With Them At Your Own Risk
You do business with expert Van Lines at your own detriment. They are dishonest, Will disregard the contract and demand more upfront money as soon as they show up and will jack the overall price up as soon as they and their collaborators get to your place. They lie to me that they did not contract out. I found out that the person they send was a subcontractor. The subcontractor put less than half of my things in the truck and told me that I had exceeded what my contract call for and then demanded $2000 more as a condition of moving my things. My contract called for over 600 cf, yet they had loaded less than 300 cf of my things. When I question the fact that they had less than what my contract called for, the driver told me to pay the additional $2000, with $1000 in addition to what we agreed upon upfront. In a nutshell, they dump all my things they had loaded in their truck onto my lawn in the rain and drove off. Up till now I am still fighting with Expert Van Lines over my deposit of $800. Doing business with Expert Van Lines is at your own risk.

My delivery was scheduled for the weekend when hurricane Irma was supposed to landfall in Miami , so we had to postpone it for 2 weeks. Of course I was upset, but I understood that it was an unforeseen circumstance and there was nothing to do about it. Thank god Irma changed its direction and didn’t attack Miami, but still many people were without power. That’s why I was pleasantly surprise to receive a call 2 days after the hurricane from the company’s rep who told me that they can deliver my stuff in 3 days!!! I was so happy because I had to leave Miami on Sunday for couple weeks, and I didn’t want to wait for my delivery so long. Everything was perfectly organized and I received my belongings on time and in excellent condition, nothing was damaged or broken!! Thank you for making my move so smooth in such a stressful period !

They handled my furniture carefully and were very communicative throughout.They provided wardrobe boxes, tape, shrink wrapped. They finished up, and quickly got moving to the next location. I definitely recommend this company, and will hire them again the next time I move.

Their efficiency is commendable
The way American united vanlines handled my last move humbled me, surprised me and truly impressed me. This company just blew my mind with their helpful customer service, experienced crew and reasonable prices. It’s a combination that is so rare in the moving business. But somehow they managed to provide amazing services at such low costs. None of my valuables suffered any damage while they helped me move and they maintained their timings throughout. I am blown away completely!

Fantastic Company
Outstanding job by Real Movers Moving and Storage. I've hired movers before and, frankly, have always been disappointed but for one time a couple years ago when a bunch of college kids did a good job moving me. Refreshingly, the three man team from Real Movers Moving and Storage got the job done in three hours, moving me out and moving in. They clearly cared about doing a good job and handled everything with great care. They worked around my last-minute packing and put everything in the right spot in the new place, asking me when it wasn't clear and making great educated guesses when I wasn't available. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great Lakes Van Lines must be one of the best moving companies out there. Their staffs are experts and experienced. On my moving day, they arrived on time. The foreman and his crew knew what they were doing. The moving crews showed respect to our belongings. They brought all supporting tools to help for packing. I hope, they will never dissatisfy you. If you want to get a reasonable price with extreme customer care, then they are the best. They always will be my first choice. I would highly recommend them.

After all, there are so many who just suffer from bad moving experiences. For all of you, I say go with All Around Van Lines. The pricing is affordable. Service is top notch. The team is totally responsive and does what you ask them to do. The customer service works round the clock or at least whenever we need them. They even do weekend moves and special packaging. I had a musical instrument which was properly wrapped and delivered. It was such a smooth affair for me and my family.

Do not hire this company!!! This company runs a fraudulent money scam!!! Within 2 minutes of walking into my son’s 1-bedroom apartment, they said the estimate was too low and demanded an additional $350 to make the move. I had no choice and had to pay it. My son had already moved out all of his clothes, bath towels, shoes, etc. all that was left was some furniture, bed, pots and pans. There is NO WAY the estimate was too low. Additionally, when you call the office (which is in Florida for you Pennsylvania people), no one answers and you are directed to voicemail which no one answers or returns your message.

. Traditional Van Lines pulled it off without a hitch. It's always scary when you've got to get someone moved. I'm glad I went with this company, honestly, it came down to timeframe and budget. In this case, I had to get one of our field managers and our event exhibit moved from New Brunswick to Staten Island within a few days with absolutely no supervisor. I was solely depending on the companies expertise to be my eyes and ears for the project. 2. Rudy our field manager only met with the gentleman at 8:00am to open the door to the apartment he had to leave shortly thereafter. The crew moved a 10X20 booth along with other event elements and personal items. They moved an entire one bedroom apartment in under 8 hours without a scratch. That is what I call success. 3. James was our lead he locked up the apartment and arrived in Staten Island. I had the opportunity to speak with him briefly on the phone, they introduce their crew managers which is a very nice touch. James was readily available and gave me updates throughout the day - see the photos that he sent. 4. The gentlemen that quoted me was very personable and assured me that his three men crew would have all the boxes put away by end of day on Saturday and that's exactly how it went. 5. Lastly, 4 drayage boxes had to be sent to California and those arrived perfectly about a week later. I highly recommend this team. Thank you very much!
