Comment : This was my first experience with hiring thru U-Pack. The movers provided for the loading and the truck/truck driver provided for the loading were professional and very good at making me feel at ease by the way they handled my property, their timely arrival, etc. Though I had told U-Pack and the shipping part of the company that it was a "long-carry," they underestimated the time for loading by about 5 hours. One of the 4 movers showed up about 30 minutes later than the others and left about an hour early. Otherwise, all worked steadily and rapidly as well as handling fragile items carefully and wrapping large furniture pieces carefully.
