Comment : We used this company for our move last weekend. The crew arrived 50 min late which slowed down our whole move as we only h could reserve the apartment freight elevator for 2 hours. I was told that they always quote a move high but the quote was exactly what we were charged. I received lower quotes from 1-2 other companies but chose AAA because of the communication and because the sales team had me convinced that it would cost less than quoted. Also, several of our nicer furniture pieces were damaged in the move.
