Comment : I had used their services last month. I needed to move a few boxes from our storage unit to my new apartment. I never had a smoother moving experience! These guys were amazing. I had nothing to complain about! The crew was excellent and well mannered. They were experienced professionals. They gave me a smooth moving experience. They were very punctual too. They delivered my stuff right on time. You don’t get that much with the other movers. I was scared that they might damage my glassware and porcelain items. But they were very careful in handling them. They packed them with extra protective materials and they handled them with care. I was glad that no damages were made to my fragile items. I would definitely go for these guys again!

Subject :Movers were QUICK and professional.
Comment : Graebel (along with a few others) was recommended to me by my companys employee assistance program. After reading the reviews and speaking to a friend that had used their services I am the past, I chose to use Graebel for my Jan. 17 th move. I needed my things loaded on the 16th and they only had about 7 days to make it happen (less than the typical 10 day window required by moving companies). Unlike a couple competitors, they were prompt to return my call and schedule a time for the surveyor to come out. He arrived on time and explained everything, answered all of my questions and provided info on what all movers are required to do and explain to potential clients. On move day, the guys showed up on time and began tagging & loading my 90 plus boxes, containers and furniture items. They were quick and very professional. During the time the guys were working and afterwards the Move Coordinator, Sally, called to check to see if they had arrived, how everything went and let me know that she had be in touch once she confirmed the delivery day and time with the Driver. Sally called on the 17th to let me know that the Driver would bring my things on the 21st and that he would call me to confirm. As expected, the Driver, Rick, called on the 18th. He wanted to know if I could take delivery before the 21st and I told him that I would appreciate it if he could bring it sooner. He said if it was ok with me that he could deliver on the 19th. Of course, I was very happy to hear that! On the 19th, Rick arrived on time. In spite of the fact that the person that was supposed to help him unload had gone AWOL, he was able to unload the truck quickly. Not long after he left, Sally called to see if everything went well. Overall my experience with Graebel was great and I feel like they took really good care of me during the move. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.
