Comment : I was unhappy with this moving company. I spoke to the office manager about a month before I would do the move. I asked her many questions to make sure that there were not going to be any extra charges and surprises. She assured me that the cost would be 358 and that every extra hour gone over with moving would be an extra 89 dollars. After the move the moving manager tells me i owe an extra 89 dollars for a return trip. I am on a budget I did not have the extra cash but their tip. They arrived at 11am when my appointment was to start btw 9-10am. The second mover arrived at 12:10pm. They came with out tools -I had to provide them. I did not care to give them tools but I thought that was some what unprofessional. One thing they did well was handle my property well. Would I ever use them again. NO I did not like the service.
