Comment : Not sure where to even begin. Used them once but then COVID hit and my things were stuck in the matrix for over a month. Took a chance to use them again. And I should have know better. Call and call, email and email, no answers, no updates. The day my things were suppose to deliver no call. Talked to someone in office he had no answers or updates. Never called me back. A week later still no calls, no emails, nothing. Had to report my things stolen and file a claim. Not sure how they are still in business. Def not sure how anyone could and would give them anything more than 3 stars. One thing and maybe only thing that do timely is pick your things up. After that its hit or miss. Avoid at all cost even if its 500 cheaper.
