Comment : Do not believe anything this company claims they do. We hired them to move our home and cherished belongings. Quick review: Showed up two hours late and then lied about the reason why. One of the three workers were drunk when he arrived. This was the driver of the truck. Later we saw this employee and now a second employee stealing our liquor that was to be loaded into the truck. A move that was to take four hours took over eight. One of the movers boasted about his felonies and his time in prison. They damaged seven pieces of our mid century modern furniture that we have been collecting for years. When trying to discuss this issue with the owner via phone, the manager who is named in this Yelp ad, refused to let me speak with the owner and then hung up on me. There is more, but I think you can figure out that this company does not deserve your trust or money. We are seeking legal avenues to compensate for all damages. I wish I could give them zero stars. They are unprofessional, liars, scam artists and dangerous. I stand by this review and will speak to anyone who has questions. Do Not Hire This Company

Comment : Professional in their name is the only thing about them. I sent in an e-mail request, received a conformation number. I attempted to confirm my appointment time. When the moving team did not show I began calling. The first person I communicated with via the phone english was not their first language. When I did receive a call from someone whose english was a little better I was told that "they had trouble getting their teams out" I asked what time would they be able to assist me the following day to which I was told 6:00pm. I agreed and expected a team to arrive at 6. I called at 4:30 pm just to make sure and got a voice mail but no response. At 6:00 PM when I called I finally spoke to someone again whose english was not their primary language sound surprised that I had a move scheduled and would call me back. I waited 45 mins and still no communication. I began calling and leaving messages and finally someone responded to me at 7:10 PM. By this time I had arranged for my own moving equipment and assistance. Do not engage these people, do not call them, do not buy their Groupon (I did and will be demanding a refund) they are not competent and based on the two reviews posted I believe the one date 4/27/2017 before I believe the one dated 6/29/2017 especially since I was to be moved on 6/30/2017.
