Comment : They said they would arrive in 10 days or less. They arrived 15 days later. Only one man came with the truck- the other guy got sick and the Co. didnot get anyone else to help with the move. The SMS Co didnot bring the goods. They contracted it out to another truck carrier. We had a damage claim, completed all the paperwork and pictures and no payment and no response- excuses about everything- very poor. Very slipshod quality of service for a moving company- never use again and can not recommend to anyone.
