Comment : Exclusive Van Lines made my relocation a success. I had prejudged that they would do it better, but they performed far beyond my expectations. For the better part of the service, they were always on my side and consulting me whenever they had any queries. They maintained being diligent, hard working and compassionate all the way. On arrival, it was more surprising events. The crew quickly regrouped and cleaned up the entire place and helped me arrange my stuff. They came up with admirable decoration patterns that made the place look lively. I don’t regret having associated with them even for a second.

Comment : I am so happy, and I owe my gladness and joy to Exclusive Van Lines crew. They came to my former home two weeks and did something that left everyone amazed. Unlike the disappointment that each soul expected, this crew showed perfection. They were so organised to phase out the confusion that might have led to the loss of properties. They worked in unison. Comment : From the beginning to the end, my experience with Exclusive Van Lines was great. I had all my household belongings transported from Sandy Springs, Georgia to Las Cruces, New Mexico, and naturally I became somewhat due to the things that could happen to my things while on transit. Exclusive Van Lines, however, made the move very easy, as they provided quality and prompt communication and customer service. They delivered on time, and I thank them for the top quality move.

Comment : I am not sure when my next relocations will be. However, I am certain of the crew that will be in charge of it; Exclusive Van Lines. They did a good job moving me from Alabama to New York. I must admit that I liked so many things about their relocation services. For one, they were fast. Even more, I observed that they were highly coordinated. Comment : Exclusive Van Lines communicated excellently all the time through phone calls from their office, text messages, and emails. The movers arrived at either end of the move on time. It took about six days to get my things from Birmingham, AL to San Diego, CA, just as we had estimated when planning for the move. The move was very cost friendly for me, and it was less than I expected because the crew packed my things very tightly and used much less space on the moving truck. It was a wonderful experience with Exclusive Van Lines, and I recommend them.

Comment : There is no way moving is easy or stress-free. However, I cooperated with two nice guys who made the process so much less stressful. The guys moved me into my new house while being careful not to damage the floor and the walls. I was supposed to do the packing, but the movers helped with tape and sealed some boxes for free. I thank them so much for taking the time to drop the boxes in the designated rooms. Exclusive Van Lines are awesome, use them.

Comment : The four-man crew from Exclusive Van Lines was professional, yet very friendly and they were very courteous with my belongings. They moved my belongings from the second floor in my previous apartment at Newark, NJ to the third floor in my new place at Indianapolis without any complain. They were super efficient and highly talented in this work. Their skills and experience in the relocation business showed as they were able to offer protection to my furniture and nothing was scratched.

Comment : At first, I was worried that nothing was going to work out the perfect way. It was my first experience with them, and so I had every reason to doubt their prowess. After much convincing by my fiancé, I finally let them relocate me. Everything came as a great surprise during the relocation. It turned out that the movers were so inspiring and dedicated. They were very careful with all my properties, especially the fragile dressing table. At the end of the move, all I could was smile widely and appreciate the movers for the great work done.

Comment : The guys I worked with had more than enough wrappers and other cool moving tools and equipment. They wrapped all my things before packing them in boxes, and this ensured that everything was brought in as good condition as before the relocation. Comment : Incident Description RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER SPOKE WITH EXCLUSIVE VAN LINES TO RETAIN THEM FOR HIS OUT-OF-STATE MOVE ON DECEMBER 28, 2016, FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA. AN INITIAL, PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE WAS MADE BASED UPON INFORMATION GIVEN TO A SALES REP WHO INFORMED RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER THAT A FINAL ESTIMATE WOULD BE COMPLETED BASED UPON ANY NEW INFORMATION. RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER WAS CALLED BY TINA OF EXCLUSIVE VAN LINES, AND RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER GAVE TINA THE FINAL SPECS (NUMBER OF BOXES, ETC), AND NO NEW ESTIMATE WAS MADE WITH THE NEW INFORMATION. THE MOVERS CAME, AND NO NEW ESTIMATE WAS PRESENTED, ALTHOUGH EXCLUSIVE VAN LINES WAS TOLD ALL THE NEW INFORMATION ON THE PHONE. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS A LOADING DOCK AT A CERTAIN DISTANCE FROM THE APARTMENT, ALSO A STORAGE UNIT WHICH INCURRED A CERTAIN DISTANCE, ALSO PICTURES TO BE WRAPPED, AND SEVERAL BOXES WHICH WERE TAPED UP. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHICH RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER WAS NOT INFORMED OF AHEAD OF TIME. THESE CHARGES COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN MENTIONED WHEN TINA SPOKE WITH RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER. TINA SIMPLY SAID, "WE CAN DO THAT", BUT LEFT OUT THE CRITICAL INFORMATION THAT THESE THINGS WOULD BE DONE FOR A CHARGE. IT WAS ALSO CRITICALLY IMPORTANT THAT THESE EXTRA CHARGES ALSO WERE NOT REFLECTED IN THE COMPANY'S ESTIMATE. IT IS CUSTOMARY IN THE INDUSTRY TO ASK ABOUT THESE PARAMETERS, AND THEN INCLUDE THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS IN THE ESTIMATE. WE FEEL THAT IT WAS A HIGHLY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE TO (1) NOT INFORM RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER IN ANY PHONE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGES, WHICH INCURRED AN ADDITIONAL $550 TO THE MOVE, AND NOT INCORPORATE THESE EXTRA CHARGES INTO THE ESTIMATE, WHEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY SIMPLE TO GET THIS INFORMATION AND INCLUDE IT IN THE ESTIMATE. (2) IT WAS ALSO HIGHLY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE TO NOT INCORPORATE THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER GAVE TO TINA ON THE PHONE ON THE ADDITIONAL BOXES. TINA SHOULD HAVE MADE CERTAIN THAT WE RECEIVED A NEW ESTIMATE ONCE RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER HAD THE EXACT NUMBERS FOR HER ON THE PHONE. THIS INCURRED ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF $2,5000. IN TOTAL, DUE TO EXCEPTIONALLY DECEPTIVE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER INCURRED AN ADDITIONAL $3,000 OF MOVING EXPENSE ON TOP OF THE ESTIMATE THAT WAS GIVEN TO HIM, DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE GAVE TINA ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION ON THE PHONE. THE ESTIMATE WAS SIMPLY NO GOOD AND DID NOT REFLECT THE FINAL INFORMATION THAT RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER GAVE TO TINA. THIS DECEIVED RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER INTO GOING WITH THE COMPANY. HAD RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER KNOWN OF THE ADDITIONAL $3,000 IN CHARGES, HE WOULD HAVE FORFEITED THE DEPOSIT AND GONE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR TAKEN ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE, AS THIS WAS UNAFFORDABLE. THE COMPANY MADE NO GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO PRESENT AN HONEST ESTIMATE IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER PRESENTED EXACT INFORMATION IN A FOLLOW UP CALL WITH TINA, AND NO NEW ESTIMATE WAS PRESENTED TO HIM. ALSO, TINA DID NOT INCORPORATE ANY OF THE ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS, SUCH AS LOADING DOCK DISTANCE, OR PACKING OF PICTURES, OR TAPING OF BOXES, INTO THE ESTIMATE, AND SHE DID NOT INFORM RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER THAT ANY OF THIS WOULD INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THE COMPLAINT IS AGAINST EXCLUSIVE VAN LINES FOR DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES AND DECEPTIVE ESTIMATE PRACTICES DUE TO NEGLIGENT OR DECEPTIVE LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON CHARGES. THEN THE CUSTOMER IS BLIND-SIDED WITH A BILL THAT IS DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE, SIMPLY BECAUSE EXCLUSIVE VAN LINES WOULD NOT PRODUCE A NEW ESTIMATE WITH ALL OF THE EXACT INFORMATION.
