Comment : We called Fox Moving when the moving company we initially hired started doing crazy things that made us uncomfortable using them. We called Fox about 9:00 to do a double move (move us to our new house and move our tenants into our old house) and they told us they would be avaiable by 1:00. At 11:30 they called and asked if we were prepared to go, they got done early. A pleasant surprise for sure. The guys were fantastic and very good natured. They were careful with my stuff and aside for the unavoidable scuffs going up a narrow staircase, I have no complaints. I would definitely use again!

Your company somehow managed to make an exciting time in my life (with my beginning my medical career in my husbands hometown) one of the most stressful endeavors I have ever embarked in my life. 1. On June 8, the moving company was over an hour late and the movers did not call to update me on the delivery time. 2. I was forced to pay before unloading, although it was clearly communicated that payment would be collected 30 minutes prior to departing Ridgeland. Then on the day of delivery it was changed? I called and spoke with the dispatcher and he was no help. Then an hour later the moving price was increased because of Åloading fees? Did you not know that fee was going to be increased on June 4?
