Comment : We spoke to the woman who picked up the phone the day before (09/28) confirming our 9 am slot time to move for today (09/29). They tell us on the phone on (09/28) they will be coming at 7am to start the moving tomorrow, so we are all ready at 7am today & no one shows up ALL DAY. We thought maybe they are coming at 9 am... we get no sort of call saying they are running late or any communication whatsoever that no one is ACTUALLY coming. We called the business number associated multiple times to see if we needed to look for new movers or if they were still coming??? Around noon we decided to start looking for new movers because we all took off work and this was our only day to move. No one else is available on short notice, but we booked Home Movers 2 weeks in advance for today.
