Comment : Let me start by saying I have had 2 bad expirences with moving companies so i was a little uneasy about using one again. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the move was great. My customer service rep was very personable and I could tell I could trust what she had to say. No extra charges FOR ANYTHING she said and that is exactly what happened. My moving crew completed the job in less time than expected!!!! I recommend this company to anyone, I know that I will use them in my future moves!!!!

Comment : We had a great experience with Lightning Van Lines. Three employees ( including one supervisor) showed up on time ready to go. All three worked very hard packing our items so they would not break, labeling boxes so they would go to the correct room and just making sure our move went smoothly. Unpacking at our new home also went smoothly. They did everything we asked and were a pleasure to work with. I have to admit, having read the prior reviews we were hesitant to go with this company, but I am glad we did. I will be booking them again when I move in the next few months.
