Comment : Our boxes had to be transferred from one truck to another because the first driver had a family issue. Once at our final destination, several boxes were missing and the crew rushed us to sign off saying that the missing boxes would be covered in claims. This was not true. The claims department would not replace the missing items because we signed off!
