Comment : We have to move mom into our home in Oakland from her place in San Ramon.Two English speaking college boys types ,named Ken and James took on the job. My mother has some very expensive and delicate possessions and they took extreme care handling everything and did it promptly and saved us approximately 250 to 300 during the process. Since we live on a somewhat steep hill they humped the stuff up the hill with no complaining and no additional charge. Great job guys.

Comment : The guys were on time and friendly. Pretty quick too. However, you get charged for each sheet of packing paper and if unsupervised, they will individually wrap whatever they can. They wrapped the circular mixing ball from my protein shaker, individual Tupperware lids, it was a bit ridiculous. I would also ask them to be super specific with the labeling. We had about 6 kitchen boxes labeled kitchen stuff misc glassware.

Comment : The guys were very efficient with their time, and took care with all of my belongings. There were even a couple items I had forgotten about in my closet, and they pointed them out, got a new box from their truck, and nicely packed them for me. They were very friendly and you could tell they took their job seriously. At the end, they thanked us and gave us an adorable little plant. I am not going to lie, this place is a bit expensive, but I was given the rates upfront, and there were no hidden charges. Its also worth the extra buck, as it includes all of the supplies they used, including the extra boxes used to pack up my loose items, plastic wrap, tape, insurance, gas, etc. I have moved quite a bit, and to the best of my memory, something always breaks. Nothing was broken with these professionals. Worth the cost.
