Love you guys!!!
Thumbs up! Our rep was fast and responsive on booking the move which was nice since some of the places I called still haven't called me back. On the move itself - When they came to our place, surprise! The elevators were out that day (argh)!!!! They agreed to use the stairs. The move was so fast even with the stair change, that the final price was still very reasonable! They are nice, strong guys and I'd use Infinity Van Lines again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They responded quickly to my inquiry, arrived on time as scheduled, and came in under the estimate provided. A small mirror was left on the truck when unloading. They called me, upon finding it, and made arrangements to return it to me. The movers were polite and took care of my belongings as I would have. Would definitely recommend and will use again if necessary. Thanks guys!

The men who moved me were total professionals. As a business owner, I know how difficult it can be to find and retain quality employees, these men are the type of people I search for. POOR
Beware of Oscar Moving of Jersey City. Our recent move from Boston to New York was a disaster, and felt like we were the victims of a “bait and switch.†Oscar’s online “binding estimate†for the move was $1051 after we sent a description of the small apartment’s contents and agreed we would box everything but the furniture ourselves. Our final cost was > 3 times the estimate, at $3226.75 and the way it unfolded was equally outrageous. Only after our possessions were in their truck did they disclose the actual charges they demanded, and create a new dilemma: they demanded cash. The driver: “We’re not a bank,†when we tried to use a credit card. We had paid the deposit with a card, and expected to continue that way. Turns out the cash requirement was deep in the fine print of the estimate, after a deceptive agreement for a credit card deposit. Oscar M. did not call this to our attention until they had our stuff. Yes, it was Our Bad, not reading carefully to the end. We were in a hurry, of course, and they had our belongings, so we found a way to get the cash. We had booked 4 months in advance, but got a call 2 days before the scheduled move saying they were going to pick up our belongings that night . We were able to delay them until the next day and crammed to get things ready a day early. They promised to deliver the following day. We waited 3 days before they arrived. There was no unloading the truck until we paid an extra $150 for stairway climbing. This extra was probably reasonable, but it was not spelled out in advance. Another trip to the ATM. During our long wait for delivery and unhappiness with the huge jump in price, we called our agent Alex (855-571-4150) at Oscar Moving for updates on delivery and clarification of the price discrepancy. He took one call, promised to look into the matter, and did not call back. We have records of 14 subsequent calls to the office which went to voice mail or were taken by another employee, and never got a return call or any useful information. After the delivery and the hasty sign-off and departure of the movers, we discovered some damage to our furniture. They had our cash money. They did not return phone calls. We had no recourse. Would you want to use this mover?

What more would I need?
What more would I want? I am contented and fully satisfied with United Royal Van Lines. I am not looking for another relocation company next time I am moving to another residence. I will yet again hire out their wonderful and amazing crew. They did it big when I hired them out last time and I am confident that they will do it yet again when an opportunity presents itself.

Good Movers
Once we signed the contract about the moving, the movers started their moving about 1 week later. They were my help during the relocation which lasted two weeks and was done without a problem. The charging remained with the same price and this company truly works honestly.

Affirmative attitude
The most admirable feature of Grace van lines that I found was their positive attitude. They knew that they had to solve my problem. They did their best and I found that better than a lot of bests. My previous experience says Grace van lines customer service and execution crews are more enthusiastic than any other mover. It should be mentioned that my stuffs were out of any dent or injury all through the time it happened. I think, the positive approach needs to be aligned like this to make it a best effort. Great job Grace van lines.

My move went great
The guys who did my move were fantastic!! They loaded everything up so well and had to move everything in the pouring rain. They pushed along and got the job done. They were great and made the rainy day less stressful for me!

Great job guys
The office staff was very pleasant and helpful. I must say though that your service went above and beyond with the 2 young guys who moved our heavy stuff. The were professional and great to deal with. I showed them waht needed to be moved at the old place. I went to the new place with other "stuff" of ours. Before I left from the old place I asked how long they thought it would take them. 1.5 hours was the estimation. they were to me in an hour. Everything in and set, about an hour. They are the best!

The 3 men team did all the boxing and wrapping and carefully placed everything into the truck. After unloading the furniture they also helped me organize everything too. Relocations are different with United Royal Van Lines. That is what I have come to realise all through. They do it like no other. They are professionals in it. Everyone at Grace van lines were nothing short of "professional". David and his team arrived on time and help us to wrap our furniture and some other fragile items. They were very polite, friendly and nice to be around. They brought every single box up a flight of stairs and into our new apartment, I was truly amazed. There were a few things broken but that is because they were not wrapped sufficiently by ME for the trip. I will highly recommend Grace van lines to anyone who needs a professional, caring, courteous, and expert, moving company. This was my first long distance relocation experience and you all made it wonderful, relaxing, and stress-free.

I am still surprised at how these guys manage to render such a wonderful service at very cheap cost. It is remarkable that such a perfect service could be rendered a giveaway cost. United Royal Van Lines is made up of a bunch of excellent movers who work not only to deliver excellent result but to make sure that you are satisfied in the end of the day. Yet, the costs of their services are very affordable. I will hire you guys again for my future moves.

Out of many deliberately confusing promotional websites in the internet, it was really tough job finding a good mover like Great American Van Lines. There was something missing that we didn’t get initially from movers. We have been dubious choosing a mover in spite of having everything cleared verbally after having conversation with some movers. Assessing all opportunity that would be provided by them, I decided to call Great American van lines. In reply my phone, they again called me and sought permission to send an estimator for making quotation. The next day a gentleman came in the very early morning. We received an economical rate that was bearable for us. Therefore we compromised with the rate. The guys blew my socks off by the diligence, time sense and well behavior. All my belongings were moved without a single glitch. It was one day ahead of schedule, we got our consignment. The phenomenal moving task would never be possible without their honesty and dedication. Great American Van Lines is the best mover for me.
