Can you believe it that I still have carpets? Those old grant carpets which were in out family for I don’t know how many years. No, they are cool and nice but every time I have to move they are just another great problem. This time I didn’t experience any inconveniences as the movers did everything for me. Just to be on the safe side, I told them to take special care of those huge and heavy things and they were very careful. Thank you, guys, you are great!

They did a wonderful job
The 3 men that helped with my move were outstanding and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased and had a job booked on March 28 and request the same guys for my move to my new condo. I do not have their names because I left that paper in my bag at home. Thank you very much, they were very good. I will recommend your company to others.

Great job from start to finish
Grace van lines did a GREAT job from start to finish. Very professional, very respectful with my unusual pieces of furniture like my vintage pinball machine and mid-century modern tables etc. They really took good care of everything. And also they helped me arranging the furniture at my new place I would surely recommend Grace van lines.

Verlys Pro Moving Labor
Scammed Never Showed
John owner of Verly Pro Moving Labor sent an E-mail message confirming the prearranged move that was to take place on 4/22/15. He said that he needed the Payment Pin number to proceed with the pickup, delivery, and unloading of the UBOX. Confirmation of the move was provided to John and he also received the pincode which he immediatly used to cash in marking the job with Moving Helpers through Uhaul complete. I tried to call John several times and he never answer the phone. I called Uhaul and Moving helpers and both said that could not help me because I provided John with the PIN code for payment and that I should have waited until he was done with the move. In a nut shell we were told by Uhaul we were most likely scammed. I would not recommend Verlys Pro Moving Labor to anyone unless they want to be scammed and left without movers. To date, John has finally returned an email message telling me he will refund partial payment on one condition-- that I remove all negative posts I have written about my experience with this incident. So let me get this straight--John doesn't show up the day of th move with my sisters uhaul box, he didn't call or email either of us to let us know he wasn't going to show up; and, to top it off, he used the payment pin we gave him the morning before the move making the job appear as completed with Moving helpers. And now, this guy thinks he is going to dictate how much of a refund he will return to me and will do so only if I take down my negative posts. News flash John-- it is not going to happen. What this company did was fraudulent and for a company that prides itself of being in business over 10 years with being a top notch mover, they most certinly did not provide a very good moving experience. Moving is an extremely stressful event for most people. This company really made our lives hell and it cost us a lot of money in the end.

They were flawless
Just moved to Texas with my wife, 2 kinds and with my pet. Everything went as planned. Infinity van lines made sure we do not have to wait for the delivery and also ensured the safe transition. All the valuables arrived in one piece, we paid exactly what was quoted and also got the extra help while setting up the furniture. I am very pleased with their price and service and obviously call them whenever I need moving services again.

Verlys Pro Moving labor was found through Moving Helpers.com owned by Uhaul. The morning of our move I tried to call John several times and he never answer the phone. He also never called me or my sister. I as the late morning rolled around I again e-mailed john and called Uhaul and Moving helpers and both said that could not help me because I provided John with the PIN code for payment. I should have waited until Verlys Pro Moving and Labor was done with the move before providing there pin. In a nut shell, we wer e told by Uhaul we were most likely scammed. To date I have called American Express to look into the matter and also filed a report with the BBB and AG office here in Illinois. I would not recommend Moving Helpers because of their pin verification process and I would definitely not recommend hiring Verlys Pro Moving Labor to anyone unless they want to be scammed. It is now several days past our contracted move date and John has not called me at all. I don't expect him to call me and that is why I am looking to get the word out about this business so that they don't scam anyone else.

Well mannered team with honest intentions,No false promises or hopes.They provide me a well calculated quote at the end i paid for the mentioned amount.Team of movers arrived little late due to heavy rain showers but they started there work in quick succession and complete the packing in four hours time.I dont find anything to complain for.Many thanks team conway

Moving was done to the perfection. Joe was very responsive and willing to help all the time. He answered all my calls and always gave me useful tips. He scheduled my move exactly when I wanted to move and the onsite estimate was a very precise one. I hired them for packing and moving services. Leo with his crew did really well. They were very careful packing the delicate stuffs and nicely handled the old and heavy furniture. They were running little late at the beginning but finally made up for that. Everything was loaded nicely on the truck and the move was done within the schedule. After going through the inventory list, I did not get any reasons to complain. They did everything what they were committed for. So, thanks a ton guys. You really did an awesome job.
