BUYER BEWARE!
I hired Blueline Vanlines to move my family from IL to FL in July. These are facts regarding my experience: (1) Blueline will not perform an in-home estimate; they will conduct a "over-the-phone inventory" which estimates the cubic feet of your inventory. You will be charged by cubic feet. You will get a great rate for your estimated inventory. You will be charged 150% of this rate for any "extra" inventory. In my case, the estimate was less than half my total cubic feet, resulting in charges nearly 3x the original quote. (2) the sales rep (randy@bluelinevanlines.c) agreed to my pick-up and delivery dates. Movers arrived a day and a half after the agreed pick-up date; delivery (still waiting) is now over 2 weeks after the agreed delivery date. (3) Despite regular calls and voicemails regarding the status of my items and delivery date, I receive no return calls. When the 1 time in 7 I actually reach a customer rep, I get stories, excuses, and promises that don't happen. The following are my opinions/conclusions: (1) the quoting process is designed to lowball the customer, get the job, then extort money once they have control of your possessions. (2) they will say anything to get the business, but the customer needs are completely irrelevant to them. At best, there is a major disconnect between their operations and customer service functions. (3) the "Binding Quote", a.k.a contract, is so loaded with fine print, exceptions, and estimations that the customer is the o

Great Service at Reasonable Price
I've just moved out from Punta Gorda, Florida to a different city. Ive heard about Unity Royal Van Lines and how great they are at transporting furniture and I called them. The service that Ive got from them was flawless. Never thought that I can get my wardrobe out from my house, but they made everything possible and the price was also very good. I highly recommend them to anyone who is ready to move out from a state to another.

Very Bad Customer Service and Dishonesty
My husband and I have a very poor experience with this company. Their sales person made promises that weren't kept (he said that our stuff would be delivered on a certain day, and it wasn't) They were 6 hours late picking up our items which put our pick up at 11pm at night. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. We were charged additional costs on top of our estimate, and bullied into paying them. Just a horrible, horrible experience. Also, THEY DO NOT USE THEIR OWN TRUCKS AND EMPLOYEES. Both the drop off and pick up crew were just random guys that contract out to a bunch of moving companies. In the end, we paid too much, they lost some of our items, we have other people's items, and our goods are damaged. Don't use them.

American Quality Movers
Amazing!
Everything from American quality movers was great. Their dispatcher Andy was a very humble person to response to all our calls and took the pain to choose every possible thing for us as we needed it real fine and perfect. Thank You! The guys were quick and efficient. They showed up on time and busted out the job in a timely manner. Their truck beat me to the moving location. Good drivers and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this company.

Best mover
Global Moving Systems crew was FANTASTIC! It was a difficult job with all the packing that had to be done at the last minute. Everyone was very careful with our belongings, taking care to put extra tape as needed and keep boxes with fragile items straight up and heavy items from getting on top of lighter things. We did not hear one complaint. Everyone worked very hard and was no polite, true professionals! We could not have been more pleased.

United Royal Van Lines helped maximize my time
Prior to the move, a lot of friends told me about how lazy and useless moving guys could be. I decided to find movers to work with myself and therefore did a lot of searches online. This was how I ended up with United Royal Van Lines. It was a great pleasure working with such an excellent moving company. They never wasted any iota of time but ensured that the time was invested, maximized and that the move was successful.

Friendly Workers
We asked the movers to send us some professionals who know the job very well. We were afraid that the move would be a mess when young me showed up for the move, however, it was contrary to what we expected. The young men were highly experienced and made the move perfect. The best moving team
Just day before yesterday we have moved to NYC from Clifton, NJ and we used the best moving company ever. No doubt that I am talking about Moving of America. It was a 4 bed room apartment move. We moved one apartment to another, one state to another and we had some very fragile and delicate stuff, glass and crystal ware and several highly sensitive pieces of antiques which were my concern. I was really worried about my stuffs. But our foreman Luis and his men did a terrific job. They not only packed everything nicely, they also made sure a safe and timely delivery and the sales rep Dolores organized everything with perfection, I also need to mention about Nikki of customer service for being so helpful. In the end, I got a picture perfect move courtesy Moving of America.

Believe me, the level of devotedness I witnessed in these movers is rare. These movers are rare gems. Different From Other Movers
I have never seen movers as courteous, dedicated, trustworthy and professional as these movers. They did not just come to do their jobs, they went extra miles to ensure that everything went on perfectly. They even offered to help us arrange the house when we arrived. Terrible Frustrating Experience
Terrible Experience with Trans United that led to total frustration for my family and me. I would recommend one to be prudent and stay away from this company. Given below is the complete timeline of my terribly frustrating experience with them. Thursday 05-Jun-2014: William (Bill) sent me a "Binding Moving Estimate of $1,330.00 for 400 Cu. Ft., and is supposed to include all taxes, fees and surcharges. He also mentioned that they are not like other companies which initially quote a figure and then when their driver turns up to pick up the belongings, the rate usually gets doubled or tripled. He had also explicitly stated that the delivery timeframe would be up to 21 Calendar Days and the same has been explicitly documented in the binding estimate. He told me about being BBB certified and that they have great ratings and I got convinced with him after doing some basic review of the company. And they scheduled the final pickup time at 10 AM on June 12, 2014 after I paid the initial deposit, 30% of the total amounting to $399.00. Thursday 12-Jun-2014: The driver, Ben, came 3 hours late in a Ryder truck and said that he is the Chief Executive of the company and that Bill reports to him and that we should be proud of meeting him in person. Then he looks at my belongings and does some calculations and states that I have 635 Cu. Ft. and that my estimate would now be $2,420.00. And when I objected that the initial estimate cannot go wrong by over 50% in ter

Yaay! Great JOB!
We used Global Moving Systems because we saw them working at our friends moving. This was my first moving inside the US and I will use them again next time! And I must say that they really cover a vast area for moving. We hadn't to worry about anything because the sales guy made me promise that he is going to provide me with the nicest team and so he did. They took care of all our stuff. The price was great. The customer service was helpful and easy to contact, even through email. These guys are really great to work with!

Obviously Professional
I can only say that the workers here knew their jobs to the finger. This made me to do nothing but relax and watch as they worked. With other movers, I would monitor every process of the work to ensure that nothing is ruined but not with these movers. I made the best decision of using them
I want to thank "Global Moving Systems" for impeccable service. I contacted them after my friend use them for his move a few months back, and he just kept talking about the service, so I did not think twice when it was my turn. I talked to their sales rep, who very patiently explained the process, and guide my through it. When my move day came, the movers were very professional, fast and very patient, they took their time to wrap all my large furniture (including my game room with the pool table and pinball machine) and when my home was finally ready, they showed up, and put everything in place. I could not ask for more!!! Thanks a lot Global Moving Systems. No doubt I made the right decision.

The ultimate moving heroes
Day before yesterday I have moved to Clifton, NJ from West Virginia. It was a 4 bed room move where the movers had to deal with a very tight budget and time frame and to make the task more difficult they had to deal with my pet, plenty of glass ware, a piano, several antiques, many vulnerable pieces of show pieces and the glass shelves and other super heavy furniture. I knew that packing would demand the highest level of accuracy and loading and unloading would be really tough. But these guys surprised me with the way they managed the entire move. Every single maneuver was executed with precession and effortlessly and they fulfilled each and every requirements of me and met the deadline and the budget too. Simply a great company.
