Comment : My husband and I have nothing but positives to say about our experience with 5 Star moving. Will, Zach and Nate worked incredibly hard and were friendly and fun to work with. It was a long day for them that included a downpour while they unpacked the truck but they were still positive about the whole thing. I appreciate the girls in the office being responsive and easy to work with from day one when I was asking questions about procedures. Everyone was professional and friendly. My mom will be moving in the next couple months and I already told her to use 5 Star. Not much of a bigger compliment than recommending to your own mother

Comment : They showed up on time with my stuff from storage. They were super-fast and efficient and were done in less than two hours. Only one guy spoke English, but they were all very nice and friendly. My only gripe is that they charged me a small extra fee because it was more than 25 feet or something from the truck to the elevator (where is it ever less than 25 feet from the truck to the elevator???). But overall, I was very satisfied with their work.
