company salesperson danielle heard will promise 1 thing and tell you the inventory list doesnt matter , flat rate is flat rate and keep in contact until they get papers signed then change inventory list and try charging more then quoted price. after traveling 1100 miles twice not only because of thier poor matenaince of vehicles and losing a renter because of them, also had to still leave 1/2 of household items in michigan after they tried forcing us to pay extra or they dont put them on truck.

Big Brother Little Brother Moving
Awesome
My wife and I used Big Brother Little Brother moving back into Philadelphia. They are awesome. We were told the rate and that there was a three hour minimum. The rate was lower than those huge moving companies and the 3 hour minimum was good for us. They made sure to contact both my wife and I to confirm our moving day and the time. On the morning of the move they called to let us know where they were and how long it would take to get to us. The town we were moving from, Secane, isn't exactly the most well known community in Delaware County and yet they were there 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. The 2 gentleman got out of the truck putting the lifting belts on haha they meant business from the door. I tried to bring some things downstairs and was told leave it that is what we are here for. I mean just really genuinely nice guys. Before my wife and I knew it our apartment was cleaned out. When we initially moved to this place it took us 2 days at about 5 hours a day. The

They are the real movers
Though there are plenty of movers to hire but very few are actually up to the mark. Most of the movers are amateur, untrained and make shift movers. That is why often we suffer in the hands of so called professional movers. I too had a horrible experience 3 years ago but this time I had a complete change of luck because the movers of this company are real movers. They are highly professional, trained, punctual, committed, innovative, focused, fast and very polite. They have done a brilliant job for me during my move and they were also affordable.

Horrible Company-Liars and Cheats
I scheduled two moves with this company and my uncle is 70 years old and they left him and did not move all of his things. They broke alot of his items and I contacted customer service for a (partial) refund since they did not finish the job and they told me to print out a coupon online for $60 towards my next move. What the heck is this world coming to. Rotten companies and companies that do not stand by what they say. You pay for a service you better believe the company needs to finish the job. They hired a guy who told my uncle he would be back with his personal vehicle to move the few things left so he can make an extra couple of dollars not on the company time. He asked him for $150 to move the rest and he would be back in a few hours, which he never showed. I had to go out at 11pm, rent a truck and help my uncle move out because I gave this company to him as a referral. WARNING TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB OR DO IT RIGHT.......................

Had 2 large armoires to move and then tables. If you want tables and small pieces of furniture moved, this is your mover. The men they sent out, two, were extremely pleasant to me. When it came to moving one armoire just from the driveway through the garage and into the basement, it was curse city. Never heard someone curse so freely around customers. Then, the second armoire to move up to the third floor. WOW. The littler of the two guys hurt his hand and there were very colorful expletives all the way up the stairs including "goddamn piece of giant ass furniture" or something similar. They didn't tape the doors on the armoires so the door swung open and gouged my landing at the base twice. There are two gouges on the opposite wall. There is a large window in the landing where the armoire fell against it---the widow had very expensive blinds that were pushed in the the lining on the window to keep down the sun was gouged. I called Mr. Randall and he knew who I was right off

They should be ranked number 1
I am sure that they are the best movers in business if not then they are bound to be within the top 3. When my cousin suggested hiring them, I was a bit confused but finally I called them and after having a long discussion I ended up hiring them. That was a great decision because movers have done nothing less than an excellent job. They were accurate, speedy and very affordable. I got a very affordable move within the time and that was just flawless.

I was amazed to see their performance during my move. They never tried to experiment much. Movers just kept their basics right and followed the checklist perfectly, which actually ensured a great move in the end. I was really happy with their performance and simplicity. They are recommended.

I am really very impressed on these movers. They were simply excellent during the entire move. Movers were very punctual. They arrived on time and with all necessary tools. They were very focused and committed. I noticed that they never compromised with anything because they are perfectionists. They were running ahead than the schedule but they were never short of skills. When one of them asked me to check the inventory I decided to check. It was a very pleasant surprise for me to see all my stuffs were in right place and in perfect condition. I am also happy with the price that they charged for their service. All I want to say that this is a very good company. If you are looking to hire movers then they could be a very good option to try.

Horrible Experience
I used Fox Moving Company to move out of my Nashville home. I feel compelled to tell you about my multitude of problems and how deeply disappointed I was with FOX. Your company somehow managed to make an exciting time in my life (with my beginning my medical career in my husbands hometown) one of the most stressful endeavors I have ever embarked in my life. 1. On June 8, the moving company was over an hour late and the movers did not call to update me on the delivery time. 2. I was forced to pay before unloading, although it was clearly communicated that payment would be collected 30 minutes prior to departing Ridgeland. Then on the day of delivery it was changed? I called and spoke with the dispatcher and he was no help. Then an hour later the moving price was increased because of Åloading fees? Did you not know that fee was going to be increased on June 4? Contract was for 3 men, 2 came & didnt start work for 2 hrs; . Qoted 4 hrs and it took 9 hrs to move 2 people, 2 miles away. They wasted so much time through the day.Truck was more than half full upon arrival, which meant 2 trips- at hourly rate. Forcing our furniture in the truck repeatedly. I was told to provide shrink & bubble wrap, tape & they would wrap everything with blankets. They didnt use my wrapping materials, or ANY. They piled furniture on furniture without padding; Chairs on top of tables, metal on wood, all touching & scratching. Arrived at new place, David wouldnt let them unload until we paid them cash. He said too many people dont pay or cancel checks after the move; I see why now! It was raining- they brought things in uncovered, getting wooden furniture & suede chairs soaked. They broke a desk & didnt tell us, propped it up in the corner for us to find. 2nd trip they didnt bring anything in the house, left in the garage. Each time I called their boss David we

Easily experienced the WORST move I've had with this company. Hire at your own risk! The dispatcher had no control of the moving foreman who showed up 10 hours late and unwilling to finish the move. I hired this company for a very short local move and they damaged almost every piece of furniture I own. The owner never offered an apology and refused to resolve the issue. Pay the extra money and hire a reputable moving company or you will be sorry.

When I first spoke to the company on the phone they seemed honest. The owner told me that they owned 17 company trucks and were available any day to pick up my items. They even gave me 10 free book boxes! I packed up all of my household goods so the time will be faster of pick up and delivery. When they came to assess the move and deliver my boxes they looked around my townhouse. They were speaking in a foreign language as they looked around. A week later it was moving day. The guys showed up promptly. Three of them However, they showed up in a BUDGET truck that was clearly too small for all of my stuff. The only guy out of the three that spoke English told me that it's the biggest one they owned.ummm. Budget truck is a rent truck! I know that and they know that! Anyways, the start to move my stuff and realize that not all will fit and they would have to make several trips. At this point time is ticking and they only were able to fit half of my stuff in the small truck. I told

Als Moving Stay away
An estimator from Al's moving quoted 2 trucks to move my business in 1 day. That morning they showed up with 1 truck which was not large enough to make the move in 1 day.
