do not use this company
Thieves and liars 1. They made me sign a contract of $2500 saying we are charging you higher but this will come down after we weigh your items. They added like 300 pounds for twin mattress which was only 30 pounds. Now I was waiting for weigh ticket and they said we dont have weight ticket since you agreed to pay $3300 flat fee and I said I have never agreed , They said the storage employee signed the contract where they picked my home good he signed contract. I disagreed and informed them I did not sign or even see the contract and so I will not pay. They refused to deliver . I ended up paying $3300 since I needed my home which was delayed delivery by 3-4 days. They said they will not deliver since truck was unable to turn and so I ended up hiring local movers to move to them I paid $500. Now finally after I got my boxes back. I noticed all the boxes were cut open and all the valuables from inside were missing. More boxes I opened I realized they stole all my home goods that were of any resell value like xbox one , ps4 , leather chair, comforter sets, Jackets, Shoes and much more I called them right away and they said we are not responsible file a claim . I filed a claim but it was of no use. I checked online they had so many reviews of similar complaints and now Its my life mission to shut this company down for betterment of society

We requested 2 movers for 2 hours for a full 2 bedroom with living room, dining room and kitchen to load into a 16ft budget moving truck we had rented. They called 15 minutes in advance of their arrival (which was right on time), and brought as extra mover with them free of charge. They finished in under 30 minutes, and packed everything really carefully and efficiently into the truck so that nothing fell over or scratched on our move to smother state. They were very knowledgeable and personable making an overwhelming experience a stress free one for our family. Worth every penny of labor and tip!

BEWARE! Initially I worked with Jeffery Calloway who lied to us about this entire experience. I was quoted one amount and ended up being up charged by $700 on the day of move in because "my items were larger than normal". I was very specific with the sizes and quantities of my items and they intentionally low balled me to then charge me more. When I tried to reach out to Jeffery (Jeff) he went MIA and I have been trying to get a hold of him for 3 months! Also worked with Ryan who is equally as unhelpful and when I told him about the upcharge responded rudely by assuming that I lied on my list. Upon delivery they also ruined my brand new dining room table that I can no longer use. Now that we are all moved in I am missing 2 boxes containing power tools, books, and office materials. We are also missing 2 shovels! I have already reported this but have not had any luck. Please stay away, their pricing is false and they are unreliable.

HD Auston Moving Systems

This was the best moving experience ever! After a horrible moving experience with another company a few years ago, I was hesitant to hire movers for my upcoming move. After booking the appointment, HD Auston reached out 10 days, 5 days, and 2 days before the move to see if we needed any help. When they showed up, they moved everything out of the apartment (3rd floor ) and even helped us move extra items into our cars. When they unloaded everything, they offered to set everything up and treated the furniture with care. They were very respectful and so kind! I will recommend this company to all friends and family.

I guess these movers are under new management because my experience was professional from start to finish. Moving is stressful but I was able to work with them to schedule to my timeframe. They showed up a few minutes early and handled difficult pieces with no problems. Delivery, setup and billing also went just as smooth.

I am a single female, so picking a legit, safe mover is a top priority to me. I researched online - looked at company websites, online reviews, and the BBB site. This company is BBB accredited, so that was comforting. A BIG shout-out to KEMBERLY that works at this company. I spoke with her on the phone several times about my move (currently in a house with 2 others, but now am only moving my stuff to a 1 BR, 1BA apt.) & she was helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If there was an unknown answer, she found out the answer. I highly recommend using this moving company, as they are patient and thorough & the service I received from them was excellent. Thanks again!

I only have positive things to say because the experience was exactly what I wanted. The setup and payment process was easy. Sales rep. Natalie was very honest and knowledgeable and also customer personnel in the office were responsive and attentive. The pickup crew was on time, very efficient, friendly and well spoken. I did not have any worries about things being stolen, or broken. They were also very accommodating to the nuances of my street. Dismantled the furniture that needed to be taken apart, and put it back together without questions. They wrapped everything up (EVEN THE TRASH CAN). I advise using them for all moves irrespective of the distance because they are real professionals and one of the best in the business.

great experience
GPS moving is very professional and prompt. They schedule your pick up on a particular day and were in and out within 2 hours. I was moving from San Diego to AZ and got my stuff delivered appropriately 10 days after they picked it up. They wrapped up all the furniture in padded blankets and everything was transported safely. They also dismantle and reassemble all the furniture. I barely did anything while they were at it!

We just moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 4 story townhome. The crew at Global Moving Systems were very careful with our belongings and got everything to its destination without incident. The effort lasted longer than the company anticipated so the final bill was a few hundred dollars higher than we were quoted, but I believe this is completely understandable given the challenge presented by the stairs and the heavy weight of some of our items. Side note: We tipped our crew heavily given the difficulty of moving our furniture up several flights of stairs. I learned that some of our neighbors, who moved into the same style townhome, did not tip at all. I feel awful for their movers. Please... tip these guys! They are putting tremendous wear and tear on their bodies for our benefit, the least we can do is make sure they are receiving fair monetary compensation.

We hired Family Moving service to move our home. They were incredible, diligent, the company is truly a family operation. They are polite and honest about help you move your live. The owner is amazing and he moves like art work. We were blown away. When you are looking for the right company to move you this is the company for the job. I would hire them again in a minute.

In the past, we have hired movers several times both in Brooklyn and New York, but this time we found this moving company on Google and Yelp with many good reviews so we decided to choose the movers for our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The Customer Services guy was nice and gave us all the information we needed including packing details. Their movers came on time, packed all our furniture so we were moved without any damage. The price we paid was the same as their estimate. We will use them again for our coming move to New Jersey.

They also harass you and accuse you of things, they threatened to auction my things, they threatened to take them back to where they picked them up but wanted money for that. They lie, I had three different people call and yell at me on this fine labor day. Update, the company has agreed to ship my belongings, for the right price, cash on delivery. We are currently waiting for the storms to pass, and I will update any reviews and complaints once delivery is complete and in tact

AWFUL. I put a deposit down 4 days ago (a bad mistake) and today my offer fell through. The company refused to give me the deposit back, makes you use a venmo/zelle/debit so it is extremely difficult to get the money back, and are very rude. The fake reviews on other websites so beware! This company does not move with their own staff, but rather broker 3rd party movers. I would never trust this company and hope no one falls for this scam.

When they came Sunday they were almost an hour late, the employees stole my jewelry that was worth over $4k. The black employee was ignorant, and smelt like he needed to finish wiping. First off the scheduling service in the office was amazing! i told them a date that i needed to be moved by and the accommodated as much as they possibly could! Movers arrived on the day of the move prompt and ready to go. We have very large heavy glass tables and they moved them with such ease a gentleness. Wrapped all our furniture in blankets and secured all boxes and bins! Jose and James made our moving day a walk in the park! i would definitely use this company again in a heart beat! Also i was quotes a 5 hr move and the guys got it done in 2.5 hrs! Such a speedy and relaxing process! FOR SOME REASON MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS PUT AS NOT RECOMMENDED. !
