Comment : Armstrong Movers in Colorado Springs is a subsidiary for United Van Lines. Their familiarization with military moves makes initial coordination, walkthrough and planning a snap. Unfortunately, packing crew is below average and I had 14 items needlessly damaged to carelessness. i.e. packed a Kitchenaid mixer on top of the Plastic Reservoir for my Keurig and then suggested "normal wear and tear" on my claim. The hired driver intentionally arrived early (outside of delivery window) to avoid an unpack and dumped my goods at the warehouse. Claims personnel are strictest I have dealt with and the default answer is to low-ball a claim and deny paying items. Expect to transfer at least half of your items to the MCO. Recommend another military TSP if available and absolutely avoid for private contracts.
