My move got completed and the price stayed the same. What I am trying to say is if you have a tight budget and need to get items from one place to another and donot care about service and furniture protection this is the company for you. If you care about your possessions think about spending the extra money on a better company.

Comment : Giving them 3 stars because they showed up an hour earlier than expected and charged me through the nose for wrapping my couch, bed, TV, and a couple other items. They also ask for a tip up front. To their credit, the guys who did show up worked the entire time they were there, they did the job in the time they told me it would take, and were reasonably cafe ful while moving belongings in and out of the residences. The truck they used was decently clean inside and in good shape. I would use this company again. Their price was also consistent compared to other offers I received. I was told the team of movers would show up between 10 and 10:30, they showed up at 9. The team lead then went through the contract stuff. They have a price chart for wrapping each piece of furniture. While they do not charge you for blankets, they will charge you to put a couple wraps of plastic wrap around your mattress ($18), box spring ($18), couch, TV($15) , etc. All they are doing is using plastic wrap. Once you get past that part, they do good work. From what I understand, this is not too uncommon for movers (which does not make the practice correct, just part of a shady industry).

Comment : Almost an hour late for a set appointment. Movers were specifically told not to put certain boxes on bottom, but same boxes were in fact on bottom with heavy load on top. They seemed to take their time, increasing the payment. They only accept cash or venmo. Very difficult to get in contact with them, basically playing phone tag. If you use this company, ensure they follow through with direction.
