Comment : These guys are the BEST! I've used them for my last 3 moves because when you have service this good - why go anywhere else!! They will really work with you on scheduling. They are there when they say they'll be there. But next time we DO move. We'll be calling again.

Comment : I was not advised by the sales rep that there would be a charge for wrapping my beds and furniture. He asked me on the phone if I was good on packing supplies and I said yes because I didn't need boxes or bubble wrap or packing tape or anything that you normally associate with packing supplies. He did not inform me that it was required that furniture and beds be wrapped and that if I didn't do it there would be a charge. If he had, I would have done that. Instead, the movers show up and tell me that I will need to pay $440 more for my items to be wrapped. He told me the movers would have all the necessary padding and tools and everything needed and it was all included in the price he quoted me. Not only did I have to pay this extra $440, but the movers didn't have any tools, so they were borrowing my tools to work on the furniture. The owner called the movers about 3 minutes after my quoted time was up and demanded I pay more money for them to continue working. That was very unprofessi

Comment : I was so happy with my move. I was in panic because I had scheduled my move with another company, and on the morning of my move, they cancelled on me. I called Profession Moving Solutions on the morning of my move. There movers were 3 strong men with a truck that fit my 3 bedroom house in. The men moved quickly. They did no damage at all. I would definitely recommend Profession Moving Solutions to anyone needing a mover.

Comment : My mom had a bad experience with some movers, she them called Profession Moving Solutions and when they came- they were professional, courteous, and fast. We were impressed at how quickly they worked getting the things out of the old apartment and into the new one. The price was also the lowest we have seen as well. Comment : First off, this was not my first cross country move. It was my third. I chose this company because they could ship our furniture and our cars. I also chose them because they provided 30 days storage as part of the contract. I felt conned and it all seemed like a Bait and Switch. The company did not send anyone to our house to see what we were moving. NEVER, EVER go with a company that doesn't come to your house to do the inventory with you. I went through the inventory list like a crazy person. I listed every thing and even sent in measurements for all most all the items including the number of boxes and box sizes. I made sure the list was as accurate as possible. When the company sent me the contract, I reviewed the inventory list on the contract and noticed several items missing - several big items. I had to ask them several times to update the inventory list on their end and every time I received an updated contract, the inventory list was still wrong. I think in the end it was still missing 3 items. There were a lot of hidden fees. The estimate for the house move doubled! Yes doubled!!!!! And we even ended up donating several items that were on the contract inventory list so I thought we'd be under or at least on target with the contract. Of course I didn't know that the $ amount doubled until after it was loaded. When we finally received our stuff, many items were broken. Many boxes and plastic bins were broken. Comment : I was contacted by Balinda from Professional Moving's office, I had to move right away, Belinda was so helpful and understanding even when I had to call back over and over again with all kind of questions, she always make me feel as if I am the only customer that she has, and as if she has all the time in the world to talk to me and put my concerns and worries at ease. When the movers arrived on March 25, they were polite and hard working. They didnt stop for a moment, they were focus on the job and made sure that my items are protected, and they deliver my items in a timely manner and damage free. I am extremely happy as I have moved before - but never had such good experiance.
