Comment : Man, what can I say? These guys are my movers for life! Quick, efficient and focused. I gave had some horrible experiences with movers both professional and "friends/family" but this was as close to a dream as you can get during such a stressful time as moving. They would have finished under the estimate except some extras I had ordered didn't appear on the work order but it was still far and away the best experience I've had in a long time. So, I recommend Progressive Relocation.

Comment : This review comes in praise of Progressive Relocation's crew, who moved a partial load of household goods for us. These men were prompt, courteous, and careful and they were remarkably efficient. Our load included a piano which had to be moved up into the second-floor living area of our home. Progressive Relocation's team planned carefully and executed the lift with remarkable strength and care. We have just now completed unpacking and we have detected no damage to any of our goods! We completed the first phase of this move a few weeks ago, with another mover. That move was with an undersized truck and inadequate provisioning and it cost nearly double the estimate. This previous disastrous experience helped us to appreciate the quality of the service we received from Progressive Relocation. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Comment : It was a great experience for me and my family to move with the best moving team ever. I am talking about Progressive Relocation. When I called them and talked with their sales rep Ashley, I got the best possible deal and I did not waste any time to grab her offer. The crew showed up on tie at the day of the move. They were assigned to pack and move our belongings from Florida to Texas within 5 days from the pickup. They have maintained the schedule and followed the checklist strictly. At no point of the move they gave us a tiny little chance to complain. Everything went according to the plan and the entire execution was perfect. I am more than just happy and highly impressed with such great service.

Comment : When I received the quote from their sales rep Kevin, it was clear that they charge most competitive rate and they take minimum time to get the job done. I hired them and hoping that they would be able to deliver what they promised in the quote. They actually did better than what I was hoping for. Movers arrived on time, applied their experience and skills to pack and move our belongings quickly. They were supposed to finish the job within 4 hours but they took 30 minutes less and the conditions of my belongings were picture perfect. I guess I that says it all thanks Progressive Relocation.

Comment : When I called Progressive Relocation I was not sure that time that I am going to assign them for my move. But after I discussed with their sales rep Jason I was more than just convinced that they will be the best choice for me. He offered me a great deal and gave me confidence. At the moving day he called me to inform that the movers are coming. The team arrived with necessary tools and packing materials. Unfortunately our elevator was not working that time and we had some super heavy and fragile furniture along with other stuffs. But the movers were kind of enough to manage those odds and they still managed to transport all my belongings without any damage and before the allotted time. After checking the inventory I called Jason to thank him for the great job. I am recommending Progressive Relocation.

Comment : While I did not use this outfit to move,I have received numerous phone calls from them after I did an online request for quotes. As I had indicated we were not planning a move until spring and summer of 2020 and only wanted a general idea of cost to facilitate our planning.The last call today really capped for me. When I explained, again, that we were not ready to move, the agent asked me, So whats the hold up I replied, None of your damned business and hung up. I felt like asking if they sold used cars as well.

Comment : Progressive Relocation is a wonderful company to deal with for my moving needs. Movers did an excellent job arranging everything that needed to be done and really puts the customer at ease that the job will be done with great care and no worries. They were able to arrive earlier than the schedule and made sure to contact me that they were doing so. The men who came to do the job deserve the upmost compliments on their professionalism and excellent work ethic. I was charged about $100 more than the estimate but it was well worth the price. Thanks a lot Progressive Relocation for making my moving day that much easier.

Comment : Overcharged at every turn and furniture arrived 90% damaged. This company is an absolute scam. Once Tony Martino sells you on the move, the entire company is missing in action. Until it’s time for more money and they have all your belongings loaded. Do not use this company. I cannot say it strongly enough.

Comment : I don't know that even one star is an honest representation of how atrocious this company is. The basics: In the middle of October I decided to move back from FL to CA. I had only recently moved into a new condo located right in Deerfield Beach so this new decision was unexpected and added unnecessary stress. I began seeking moving quotes as I had only acquired furniture a month prior. While in CA I began seeking moving quotes online and was immediately contacted by Conrad who identified himself as being from Progressive Relocation Systems (which will from here on out be identified as PRS). We chatted a bit and I explained my situation. He offered to come over and do a walkthrough of my house and wanted to get a deposit immediately. His quote was lower than others received but I wanted a legally binding in home estimate to ensure that all the numbers were 100% accurate. Comment : I was quite surprised when I checked the inventory after the move. I did not notice anything missing or broken or damaged. All my stuffs were in great shape and without any damage. Comment : After using them for my move to AL from FL I vote them as the best moving company available to use. Their sales rep Jason and his team are the best. They have the complete knowledge about the moving job and they are willing to give their best. The way they managed to handle the heavy furniture and vulnerable stuffs and still beat the clock was something really amazing. I was no clue whatsoever how they managed to complete the move so quickly and without damaging anything! When the bill came I was surprised once again because they charged me less than the estimated amount!

Comment : Sadly, I chose Progressive Relocation based on their excellent reviews on this site and their very low moving estimate. Jason gave me an estimate of $1,116.25 to move my deceased parents' lovely 1950's dining room furniture in Florida to my daughter's apartment in Los Angeles. This was the lowest of the five estimates I received before I decided to go with PR. When the furniture was picked up, the cost suddenly became $3,330. A family member approved the move at my parents' house because I live on the west coast. So not only did we pay over THREE TIMES the estimate but now I am paying almost $700 to repair the damages incurred during the move. The damages included broken legs and a hole in the cane backing of a chair. The movers who delivered the furniture said that the movers who picked up the furniture were to blame because they never should have stacked the 60-year old chairs together in twos before wrapping them. I am ending up paying almost twice the highest estimate I received from all the other movers. PR did deduct $280 for a …Long Carryť fee. The …Long Carryť fee is charged if the front/back door is more than 50 feet from the truck. The truck could have easily parked in my parents driveway, which is just outside the front door. Comment : Progressive Relocation provided my husband and I with the best move we've had in 10 years! I received a quote from Kevin, one of the sales reps, who was extremely helpful and always made himself available to answer any questions that I had regarding the move. As promised, the crew arrived to our home in Florida on time and they were very friendly, which usually is not the case with truck drivers. They did a wonderful job packing all of our goods and were very quick and efficient with the loading process. Our driver Avi made sure that our home was left in very good condition before leaving and told us we would be receiving our belongings in just a few days. The truck arrived in Tennessee five days later on our first available date of delivery. All of our items were delivered just as we left them no damages or anything! I was very satisfied with Progressive Relocations sales team, customer service and drivers. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a smooth move!

Comment : I hired them because they are professionals. I knew that most of the moving companies are nothing but scams. Comment : I used them twice within the last 4 months and got the same result in both occasions. 4 months ago I used them first to move my 2 bed room apartment and yesterday I used them again for my office move. I was expecting to get the 100% accurate move but I knew that office moves are usually tricky. Comment : I did not hire Progressive Relocation at the first place. I hired another moving company but they called 4 days before my move and tried to increase the moving cost. So, I cancelled the deal. Progressive Relocation offered me a very reasonable price (flat rate) and also their sales rep Jason made sure that there will be no hidden cost. I was quite impressed after talking to Jason and made up my mind to use them. I hired them while moving to California from Texas. Yesterday they completed the move. I must tell that they did everything necessary to execute the move perfectly. They managed to move all my belongings within the given timeframe and also made sure that I do not have to encounter any broken or damaged stuffs. They kept their words by not charging me more than the quoted amount and by presenting me a smooth move. Thanks to Jason and his team of Progressive Relocation.
