Comment : After experiencing their wonderful service and enjoying a very reasonable price I am surely going to consider Progressive Relocation for my next move as well. I hired them randomly and hoping for the best. They actually gave me the best possible service within a very reasonable price. I was a bit concerned with my belongings before the move because there were many heavy and old furniture and many fragile items plus some expensive paintings. It felt great when I saw my belongings in perfect condition after the move. No damage done to anything and nothing was missing.

Comment : This company lacks ethics. They lied to me every step of the way. They did a classic bait and switch. On a small move that was supposed to cost $1051, the final cost was $1880, and in between they tried to charge me $2400. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!

Comment : After doing a lot of research, I'm not sure if you should trust all their positive reviews. But, in case someone comes across this, I ACTUALLY used this company and had a horrible experience Although my complaint list is long, I will try to keep it as short as possible. Obviously I am not satisfied with my move with them, and here are the reasons why: 1. They claim they are not brokers, yet both the drivers who picked up my things, which were both from different companies, called them brokers. When I asked them about this they told me the drivers were wrong, that they are NOT brokers, that the companies are "sister companies." I know at least two different companies handled my things, if not more. I was originally told it was one company (Progressive Relocation) who handled everything. If I would have known that this wasn't the case I 100% would not have booked them. 2. Because they "are not brokers" they would not price match any company I had a lower quote from, even though they o

Comment : I could not have been asked for anything more after what they did during our move to Houston, TX from Orlando, FL. Progressive Relocation given us the move of our life. Their movers arrived at 7 am sharp, carefully wrapped and boxed all the belongings, delivered the goods within the schedule and charged within the quoted amount. We did not find anything missing or damaged or broken. It was an A performance by Progressive Relocation.

Comment : I did a Google search for moving companies and so hits for Progressive Relocation Systems (PRS). Following the first URL I read glowing testimonials about PRS and decided to ask for a quote, which the PRS rep promptly provided. I had received quote from two other moving companies that were higher, so I went with PRS. I faxed them a copy of a deposit check in the amount of $150 on June 7, 2013 in preparation for my family's move on July 1, 2013. On June 28, 2013 - three days before the move - someone from PRS called to say that they could not do the move because we were out of state. Of course, they knew from the date I asked for the quote that we were out of state (Virginia, anyway) but they waited until three days prior to the move to tell me they would not provide the service. I immediately requested a refund of the deposit. It is now August 20, 2013 and I have yet to receive the deposit refund. I call daily and, when I get someone from PRS on the line, the dodge and lie. Comment : We used progressive relocation to move our office at a different place. I have to admit that they have accomplished the mission flawlessly. From the packing, pick up till delivery nothing was wrong. Their movers gave their best shot and made sure that all our requirements get fulfilled. Though office moves are usually tricky but these movers had all the methods in their bags. They actually made the move look too easy!

Comment : I have recently used progressive relocation while moving to a new apartment. They moved us without any issues. Their movers were so skilled and experienced that they never let us feel the move. All seemed to be going more than perfectly. Movers carefully wrapped and boxed our belongings, they paid extra attention to the fragile and sensitive things and moved everything within the given time and when I checked the inventory I did not get any reason to fell unhappy. Comment : I have moved several times in my life and also used many movers. But not a single time I got a perfect move until I used progressive relocation. They moved us yesterday to a new apartment and changed our entire perception towards professional movers. Comment : Though there are more than hundreds of options but I am not going to use any other movers. I will surely call progressive relocation for my next move as well. They have moved us to Texas from Florida recently. They impressed me like anything. Though it was an interstate move and we had huge volume of goods and many of our stuffs were vulnerable, sensitive and some were pretty heavy but nothing caused an issue. Movers kept their word. They timely delivered the goods and made sure that nothing gets damaged or broken. I thank their sales girl Ashley. She did a lot for us. She organized and nicely managed the entire move and made sure that all our requirement gets fulfilled. In the end, I just want to mention that progressive relocation is the best moving company in my opinion.

Comment : Recently I used progressive relocation for a 2 bed room apartment move. When I hired progressive relocation, I did not know much about them. Actually they offered me the best price and I grabbed their offer, which turned out as the best decision. Movers arrived on time, dealt the move with extreme efficiency, kept their cool, worked as a cohesive unit, never tried to experiment much, knew their job, knew the nature of the move and applied their experience and skills together. That is why I did not even have to move my fingers. All went as smooth as possible. I never faced the heat of the move. I thank each and every person associated with progressive relocation.

Comment : We have recently moved to Florida from Texas and it was progressive relocation that moved us here. They were simply awesome during the entire move. Their movers were highly trained, skilled and willing to give their best. Their movers are highly skilled, experienced and real pros and their sales rep Jason is simply a very smart guy. He was super quick to set up an appointment and submitted a quote which was quite lucrative. Actually I was surprised to see the quote. They asked for a very competitive amount. Now let me talk about the execution. Their movers showed up on time and did marvelous while wrapping and moving my stuffs. Though there were many heavy and fragile items but nothing caused any damage. I checked the inventory and did not find anything damaged or broken or missing. Comment : I was worried about the old piano and for the rare collection of show pieces which I collected from the various part of the world. But nothing went wrong. Movers were extremely careful while packing those stuffs; they did great to deliver all my belongings in one piece and without any damage and also kept their commitment by completing the move within the deadline. Comment : I am a repeat customer of progressive relocation. I used this company twice for different kind of moves. Last year I used progressive relocation while moving to my new apartment. That was a 2 bed room apartment move and last week I used them again to move my office at a different place. They showed that they are equally good at office moving too. The way their movers performed and managed such a critical move amazed me like anything. I hired them because they were able to satisfy in the previous occasion. But this time I noticed that their quality of service gets even better. Progressive relocation is one of the best companies based on the quality and they never charge too much. I found progressive relocation to be one of the best companies, so I do suggest everyone to try them if you require service.
