Comment : I contracted this company because they had good reviews online. Unfortunately, they subcontracted my move to another mover - Traditional Express Van Lines -- Traditional Express damaged my sofa, and didn't deliver all of my items. As of today, I still don't have my items. Lack of communication from this company - I have had to make repeated phone calls to get any answers. Their extra "movers" insurance was crap -- it basically just covered their liability -- it didn't cover the cost of replacement. Their regular insurance covers your items at 60 CENTS PER POUND -- their agents stole $700 worth of my property. And the MOVER damaged a brand new sofa -- he sliced the fabric with his knife as he was cutting away the packing material around it. He also damaged it when he dropped it off of the truck -- BECAUSE HE WAS ALONE. MOVERS BEWARE --MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY ISN"T SUBCONTRACTING YOUR MOVE TO A SUBSTANDARD MOVING COMPANY.

Comment : Scheduled them over a month out. A few weeks before moving they call to request that we move our packing day up by several days. To accommodate them we accepted and changed all of our plans including closing on houses, hotels, etc. Two days before they are set to arrive we get a call that they cannot make it and that the move needs to be pushed back with no way to get another driver. Then they have the audacity to offer us 250 if we do not write any bad reviews. So obviously you cannot trust the reviews you see online because I am certain many of the bad reviews do not exist due to people taking the 250. Poor ethics, poor service, awful moving company. Choose another service.
