Most moving companies are just rip-offs. On the other hand, Expert Van Lines is very different. They were efficient, and didn't complain no matter how heavy the items were - they just worked. They showed up on time and packed up everything very fast. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. The whole moving-loading process took a very short time and then they set off. The van pulled up at my new house right on schedule and all my valuables were safe. I appreciated how professional, courteous, and kind they were. I will use them again!

The movers were very professional and friendly. They took excellent care of my furniture by wrapping all pieces in blankets and some nifty long rubberbands instead of tape. They loaded and unloaded the furniture and boxes quickly and efficiently. None of my furniture was broken or damaged!

All three were professional and courteous. They were cautious with my belongings. They padded and wrapped items and even padded door and frame to prevent damage. There was no damage to anything, walls or furniture. The men worked very hard and stayed focused.

Great American Vanlines
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We HIGHLY recommend this company. You get hard working, polite, clean and trust worthy veterans who care. These guys are willing to help in any way they can. My sister lost our grandfather and needed to get a house packed up fast then get it to Boston. We packed and they loaded drove to Frankfort and unloaded as well. We got lucky finding these guys. Price was more than fair.

They changed everything
I have my taste of horrible relocations in the past. That was before I used exclusive Van lines, recommended to me by one of my colleagues at work. I was told about how they would handle my belongings with care and I decided to use them. I was relocating from Minnesota to Orlando, and I couldn't stomach another failed relocation. The team arrived early that morning, something I didn't see with the other relocating agencies I had used before. They handled everything with care, keeping breakages and losses at the minimum. They changed my relocation experience.

In danger of being repetitive of the other reviews giving them a 5 out of 5 rating, let me join in. This company earned it's stars and I'm sure they are still earning it. 3 awesome guys moved us locally and they were both professional and fun, rare combo. Both appointments were on time (estimate and move out day) and both time spent time in making sure I was clear about all the little details. On the moving day, they worked efficiently and had this great amazing team dynamic system going on. At the drop off they consulted on placement of all furniture so they knew where everything went and how we wanted it placed. Best thing about this move other than the cost was not a single broken item! They took apart and put back together this huge bed, greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone moving, honest, hard working, local and efficient. 2 thumbs up!

The team made my relocation to Alabama so awesome. They proved inspirational right from the beginning. I observed them as they were carrying out the relocations and I was fascinated. I am so glad they were able to relocate me the easier way.

Couldn't be happier with the whole experience with Great American Van Lines. Everyone we had contact with from Nathan to the office staff to the movers were pleasant and professional. We would recommend them to everyone. We hope to never to have to move again, but if we do, it will be with them.

I gotta say using Real Moving Movers had a very smooth transition from start to finish. The lady who answered the phone was very quick to answer my questions and told me about how the quoting process is like about the fact that I needed to have a walk-through due to the type of things I was describing. She also offered me some boxes that I could buy but we had enough of those to pre pack already.Moving is really expensive, more expensive than I thought and so price transparency means a lot. I do like that they accepted credit cards too as I had to pay a portion of mine through cc.. Great care was taken with my belongings which I really appreciate as I did not want any additional expenses. My move was local yet everything was wrapped up tightly as if it was going out of state. I've moved only once before but I still believe that the team they sent went out of there way to get the job done without a hitch. Love the company and especially the team that came out in December on the 12th.

Extraordinary moving service
Straight Forward Moving provided a timeline delivery and it was on time. There was no breakage. All kind of reminders and updates are provided on time. Sometimes I would call their customer department, but otherwise, there was no issue. It was a good experience.

WORST COMPANY EVER
This company was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Right up until they picked up our stuff then suddenly they were NO WHERE to be found. Our stuff was picked up Sunday, January 22nd and we were told it would be there a few days later. It has been two weeks and nothing.I have non- stop called them since January 26th and NO ONE has returned my phone call. I finally got a hold of a "manager," she told me that technically they say they will deliver your belongings with-in 7-14 days and by moving law the have up to 30 days. She informed me that a truck broke down and they were waiting on a part. I asked why were we not notified, her response: We did not feel it was necessary. When asked what they were doing about it she said: We are doing all we can. She never once tried to answer a question just avoided it, never offered a discount for the inconvenience and was entirely unprofessional or sympathetic. She spent the time complaining about her job, I informed her this was not my problem and needed my stuff to arrive. To this day she has not once called me, each time we have spoken she rudely interrupts me and answers the phone as: WHAT?!. Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Kassey, Mark, Joseph, Tiffany, Julia or Ashley. They will not help or care, by they way they do not have back up trucks even though they are a MOVING company and have zero backup plan. They also don't care if you have a family emergency and need clothes for a funeral or for your new job. The response: well to bad.
