Comment : Listen, I never complain and try and give people the benefit of the doubt. I used Original Moving and Storage as they had quoted the best price. My thoughts were that in the using the company with the lowest price, I would make out with a cost savings. DID NOT happen. They damaged the wall in the very nice apartment building I had been living in and then lied to my face and the building manager saying that they did not do it. It made corresponding with the building manager awkward as she had to charge someone for the damage. I ended up paying the full amount for the damage and eating the cost without reimbursement. The company was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My buddies and I could have knocked this out much more quickly and more efficiently than these jokers. The entire experience was awful. My suggestion is to pay the price for a legitimate company such as "Two Men and a Truck" or go about the moving process with friends and family. Regardless, please save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people or you WILL REGRET IT.

Comment : Jaquel, Jonathan, O Mario, and Mason were some of the most professional, helpful, nicest, and awesome people and were such a HUGE help for moving. Most of my furniture was extremely heavy, but they never complained nor asked for help. I never even saw anyone with anything but a smile on their face! They were so efficient and definitely made my move less stressful. I am extremely grateful and would definitely hire all of them again next time I move!
