Comment : So, it ended up that I moved on a Monday rather than Saturday with YMM. While the experience was a headache, I would like to compliment them on their response and resolution to the situation. Each person I spoke with at the main YMM headquarters was helpful and understanding about the situation and did their absolute best at getting things moving. I would also like to thank Jason, one of the managers and partners, for the effort to fix the problems and sincere apologies. The two movers I did end up with were also fantastic - efficient, professional, and very helpful in dealing with a cranky property manager. I think I just happened to have a very unfortunate, but one off experience with YMM. The way in which they responded to the snafus was fast and satisfactory, and why I felt the need to upgrade my rating.
