Comment : I had some major anxiety about using a mover. Also sisnce my employer was paying for the move they were usuing the company of their chice to move me. Being a control freak this really freaked me out however the staff at Infinity Van Lines was first rate and did an excellent job packing, transporting and delivering my stuff. They were professional and corresponded with me at every pount of the move. Great job packing and very professional. The move went great and this is my special thanks!

Comment : My husband and I have a very poor experience with this company. Their sales person made promises that weren't kept (he said that our stuff would be delivered on a certain day, and it wasn't) They were 6 hours late picking up our items which put our pick up at 11pm at night. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. We were charged additional costs on top of our estimate, and bullied into paying them. Just a horrible, horrible experience. Also, THEY DO NOT USE THEIR OWN TRUCKS AND EMPLOYEES. Both the drop off and pick up crew were just random guys that contract out to a bunch of moving companies. In the end, we paid too much, they lost some of our items, we have other people's items, and our goods are damaged. Don't use them.

Comment : This is the worst moving company you can find. Please move your things yourself. It has been almost 3 years since I had them move me and I can't get them to return any of my phone calls or emails about recouping money for my lost or broken items. The move was a disaster and their customer service is absolutely dishonest and awful. I promise you it will be easier to pack up and move it yourself than to trust this rat pack.

Comment : I do not recommend this moving company! They quoted us one price and then doubled their quote when they showed up. They created the quote based on the items I told them over the phone and then blamed me for not giving them the correct square footage. I went around to every room and told them exactly what we needed to have moved and then when they showed up, they said we had too much stuff. Read more negative reviews on BBB and stay away from this moving company!

Comment : It all started with Peter Making a promise that they were a professional company and we had no worries about being riped off and any quotes would be the same or less.The movers are contracted out and they use rented trucks. They lied from the begining till the end.When they arrived two days late to pick up our stuff we were sick with a stomach virus. I was in bed sick. My wife did her best to explain to Josh who was flirting with her what was staying and what was to be moved. While they started grabbing boxes and furinture my wife had to keep going to the bathroom to throw-up. While that was happening they were taking boxes clearly marked do not touch and marked go with our name on the box! They left funiture behind and charged us an extra $500.00 for items they took out the front door the long way around the house that they were not supposed to take. They crowded around my wife and said they were going to go in the bedroom and beat me up while I was sleeping if she did not give them a big tip. She was scared and gave them $100.00 for a tip and they left. Within 30 minutes we realized that they left behind $600.00 worth of funiture and then we saw they took 30 boxes in a room that had a sign saying "do not take" as well as the boxes were marked do not take. I called sales, customer service, dispach and no one would pick up the phone. Comment : These are bunch of idiots working in moving company. They don't care about customer and a big liar. My goods were delayed by 3 weeks and customer care will put you on hold for more than 15 minutes and never reply to email. They even lied about storage.Worst experience.PLEASE NEVER GO FROM THEM.

Comment : We have multiple complaints with this company. The sales office made promises and claims that the dispatch and moving teams would not comply with. We contacted Infinity Van Lines for a quote on 6/10. We were sent a quote based on the equipment list and box count (as requested). From that list they provided us with a moving estimate and promised us that a one day move on Saturday, 6/21/14, was possible and available and that they would submit for early morning pickup. They also told us that pricing could change and go up or down depending on how much space our items took up in the truck. This is clearly stated in the binding estimate. We made it clear to the sales rep that my husband's employer was paying for the move. Once our employer paid our deposit, the dispatch team called and told us that they had us scheduled for pickup Saturday, 6/21 and delivery Tuesday, 6/24. We told them that we were promised same day pickup and delivery and that was the sole reason we selected their company-dispatch said that "sales isn't able to make those promises and has nothing to do with the moving dates". They told us the earliest available date time was pickup 6/21 between 3-5pm. After arguing to no avail, we agreed to that time. Saturday at 12:30pm we received a call telling us that they needed to move us again to Sunday because "their truck broke down" and they did not have another one available. We tried escalating the situation to management. One rep we spoke with hung up on my husband

Comment : Thumbs up! Our rep was fast and responsive on booking the move which was nice since some of the places I called still haven't called me back. On the move itself - When they came to our place, surprise! The elevators were out that day (argh)!!!! They agreed to use the stairs. The move was so fast even with the stair change, that the final price was still very reasonable! They are nice, strong guys and I'd use Infinity Van Lines again in a heartbeat.

Comment : I was recommended by my sister! First of all I would say that they were really organized, they arrived on time and basically started to work very quickly! They never gave me any hard times. During my move I was alone so they did their best so I could stay unstressed. Secondly, they worked as real professionals! It was great to receive all my valuables at the other end and unharmed. I also thank Infinity Van Lines for a very moderate price which was within the estimated amount.

Comment : The foreman and his helpers were very helpful and well-organized. They worked hard and were very good value. We had to move huge amount of possessions and they were really pleasant and had positive approach throughout. Moving is a stressful but Infinity Van Lines took all the stress out of the move. The crew members were very nice and pleasure to watch. They moved my piano which was really heavy and lots of fragile items and paintings all without a single breakage. They really were world class and we are lucky that we found them.

Comment : Just moved to Texas with my wife, 2 kinds and with my pet. Everything went as planned. Infinity van lines made sure we do not have to wait for the delivery and also ensured the safe transition. All the valuables arrived in one piece, we paid exactly what was quoted and also got the extra help while setting up the furniture. Comment : Infinity Van Lines is absolute the best! They were able to help me out last minute. The foreman was great from the start. I couldn't believe how quickly two guys could work. They hooked up my stereo and other electronics too. I am a girl I just can't do those things. This was the first and only moving company I have ever used. Comment : When the team of movers came to my apartment, they did not waste any time at all. They started working straight away and they wrapped my things tightly and carefully. When I saw how they were doing their job, I knew that all my furniture was safe with them. So, I did not worry at all. I wanted to help them as well but they did not let me. If you choose Infinity Van Lines to deal with your move, you can sit back, watch them doing their job and relax. You should not worry at all. When talking about the price, it was more than great and I moved from FL to NM, but it did not cost me much. If I have to move again, I would definitely call Infinity Van Lines!

Comment : They were terrific from the start to the finish. Their movers took all necessary steps to avoid unwanted issues and the moving agent showed great presence of mind while planning the move. When we received our goods at the other end, they were running ahead than the schedule and when we checked the inventory, we discovered all our belongings arrived in one piece and without any damage. Comment : Their sales rep is a man of few words but he was very informative and very specific in his quote. We got a great offer from him and we did not waste any time to book the move with Infinity Van Lines. I personally believed that they would do well. They did not let me down at all. Their team showed up timely and did not waste a minute; they stayed calm and collective, nicely managed the vulnerable stuffs and took extra care to my art works. I was really impressed the way they wrapped and boxed everything and the way loading and unloading took place. In the end, we got a very quick move without any stress and within our budget. Comment : One of my friends recommended Infinity van lines to me. So, I called them and talked with their sales rep. He offered a very reasonable price and did not ask for any advance and also explained the entire moving process to me. Everything seemed great in pen and paper. So, I booked my move with Infinity van lines. They did really great to complete the move within the given time. I was really impressed when the team arrived on time and they did not waste any time. They came with a plan and kept their focus till the end. The crew did brilliant to pack all the vulnerable and delicate stuffs and made sure that we get all our valuables in one piece at the other end. Comment : Infinity Van Lines is a very good company that moved my 3 bedroom apartment to New Mexico for me. I had some cheaper prices but not everything was included and I didn't want to go into the unknown as far as my final cost. Comment : Infinity van lines were really easy to contact for an initial quote and replied to my emails very promptly. They listened and responded appropriately to my moving requirements and still made a quick visit before the quote, which was reasonable that fitted the task. On the moving day the staffs were courteous and professional. Despite having to climb three flights of stairs they were extremely fast in loading. I was pleasantly surprised when all the furniture had been placed in the van so quickly. It was a long distance move but again, this wasn't a problem for them. On the other end, my furniture and packages were delivered to my new home in excellent condition. Overall, the job was done before than I had predicted. Extremely efficient service!
