Comment : Infinity van lines did an amazing job! They were quick, careful, and did a great job packing all my belongings. Everyone was courteous, kind, professional, and efficient! They took a great care of my things. They wrapped them so carefully so nothing got damaged. My things stayed intact. I would definitely use Infinity van lines again if I need a local move. If you hire these guys, you will be glad you did.

Comment : I do not recommend this moving company They quoted us one price and then doubled their quote when they showed up. They created the quote over the phone based on the items I told them and then blamed me for not giving them the correct square footage. I went around to every room and told them exactly what we needed to have move and then when they showed up, they said we had too much stuff. The movers showed up an hour late and told me that they could move the 700 cubic feet they quoted me leaving the rest behind.

Comment : I used Infinity Van Lines for a move from FL to AZ. I was looking for a company that did a lot of moving into AZ and Infinity Van Lines knew the area and the logistics, they were a great choice. The movers for pickup and delivery were professional, quick and courteous. All of my boxes and furniture arrived in great condition. The movers were very helpful in putting furniture together and putting boxes in the right rooms as well. I would definitely use Infinity Van Lines and I have referred them to a friend that is also moving to AZ.

Comment : I was searching someone those are already experienced and spotless. That’s why I selected Infinity van lines. They ensured great packing and moving services. Workers were so smart and punctual. I got everything in perfect condition within my timeframe. My all valuables were wrapped very nicely. There was no hidden cost or surprising demand. I was worried about some of my delicate items but Infinity van lines delivered all without a scratch. They are eligible and I already suggested them to many of my friends.

Comment : Their sales rep, who took my reservation, was extremely nice. It was a good start. And then a man from the dispatch office called a day before to make sure I am ready for the move and ask if I have any last minute requests or questions. I was even happier with my choice of movers at that point. On the day of the move, I knew I really did choose the right company. They were courteous, quick and very careful when handling my furniture. A great moving experience.

Comment : I had contacted infinity van lines and also many other movers for pricing! From the quotes I received it was clear that infinity van lines asked the least amount. The sales guy was very informative and gave me assurance that they will complete the move within the allotted time and there will be no hidden cost involved. They arrived on time. These men were sharp, clean cut, and definitely experienced movers. I am going to tell everyone who needs a mover that their service is phenomenal. Our family definitely will recommend and use this company again! We will never use any other mover that we had nothing but problems with!!

Comment : I used Infinity Van lines to move me from Orlando, FL to Salt Lake City, UT and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The team was friendly and professional from the start -always responding quickly to emails and phone calls, and providing clear information about the details of the move and cost of the service they provide. They were also extremely good value for money, charging very competitive price than the other companies that I contacted for a quote. On my moving day they arrived promptly, packed and loaded and moved my belongings carefully and securely. I would definitely use Infinity Van lines again, and would highly recommend them to others.

Joseph the sales rep from infinity was very informative and helped me every step through the move. The price that was quoted was the same price i paid. Comment : We had a booking for Infinity Van Lines and they put up three average sized men with above average strength and an great grasp of trigonometry and topology to carry out the move , tasks included to carry up the couch up the stairs and maneuver the couch through the entryway and into the living room. They were polite and professional over the phone, and their sales rep called after the move and made sure everything went ok. Pricing was pretty reasonable too, especially for a tough task like this. My only concern was the delivery time, but it arrived as promised, right on time. Otherwise their service was not bad. Thank you guys.

Comment : Moving to Idaho wasn’t easy on our family, we didn't know what we were in store for but it ended up better than we had thought. Throughout the process there were many obstacles and this company was very understanding. Whether or not they were ready for it, they handled it like true gentlemen (the movers). They unloaded the truck and we noticed that one of our coffee tables was taken apart, at first I was very upset but they explained to me that they had done that to ensure that it wouldn't break. After that, they said that they were going to reassemble everything anyways and then I was happy. Overall I can't complain too much and they did do a good job relocating us. I will use Infinity Van Lines again if we ever move, but I sure hope that we don't have to, moving is seriously a headache.

Comment : Worst moving experience I have ever had in my life and I have move from the east coast to west coast from northeast to southeast. I've got plenty of moving experiences. I would not recommend using Infinity Van Lines to my worst enemy not that I have any. I've been trying to get a straight answer since the beginning of Jan. of when our belongings are going to be delivered. Every week I am told another story, first I was told that the driver took paper work but not our stuff, the next week I was told the truck made it half way and broke down, last week I was told that driver would contact me from Colorado, but on Monday I was told that load was another customers with the same last name, meanwhile our stuff still sits in a warehouse in Chicago. Today I'm being told my stuff is in transit and there is no available documentation, but the driver will be there at the beginning of next week! Not to mention the awful customer service experience I am having on top of the whole ordeal...Not one person in this company has returned a call since the day I authorized payment for the deposit! I have every call documented and can't tell you how many times I've been told a call would be returned in 10 minutes by supervisors themselves. Just an awful way of doing business! I have no idea how this company is in business!

Comment : Where to start? When I was contacted by this company I felt that I was in good hands. They quoted me the cheapest price over the phone (first mistake) of $3000 and with me having to be out of my home in just days I signed their contract. They made me give a $900 deposit (second mistake.) when they arrived on moving day they loaded up the truck with my belongings and proceeded to tell me that my items took up more cubic feet than quoted so I would need to pay a total bill of $5500 rather than the $3000 originally quoted. The reason that my items took up more room is because the took part furniture that did not need to be taken apart, I.e. a recliner, thus taking up more room. I had no choice but to agree to this charge because I was closing on my home the next morning. During the transport I had been in contact with their "customer service", if you can even call it that. I told them that I felt ripped off by these charges and demanded a discount, they offered me $100 off, wow thanks. I told them I didn't agree to that so they said they would contact me in a few days after they talk with the "owner" Michael. After days of not hearing from them, dispatch called me to tell me the dates hat my belongings would arrive, I said "great thanks." The next day I get a call from Sierra, the supposed customer service, telling me we need to agree to a price before my belongings will arrive. After countless time of arguing they offered me $200 off. I was sick of talking to these con artists so I agreed. After looking closer to my inventory list, I see that they are charging me $280 for a "long haul fee" claiming that they had to move the items over 250 feet from my door to their truck. Lucky for me, I had just obtained the survey of my property and discovered the entire length of my property wasn't even 200 feet long. Sorry but that's not a mistake, that is flat out theft. Comment : I had a long distance move (FL - NV) and used Infinity Van Lines. I can say the move was so smooth from the start. It was painless, stress free and just overall awesome. They carefully packed my things and dealt with them with a great care. They worked really hard and they were highly professional and courteous. The quote was excellent and I was happy I had chosen these guys. When I phoned the company, I received all the necessary information I needed. All in all, great job! I would totally use them again!

Comment : Based on my experience, the five star reviews are completely fake. Infinity Van Lines is a bunch of crooks. They arrived late, inflated the estimate by $600 even though I had given them a detailed inventory of items to be moved and offered to provide the volume of all items. When I said I intended to complain, their sales rep called and threatened to withhold delivery of my things and (somewhat laughably) ruin my reputation somehow. His behavior and the behavior the the alleged supervisor I spoke with after that was reprehensible. It's now been 3 months since I moved to New York and I have not received my things. Infinity Refuses to return my calls and I have been forced to report them to the FMSCA. These guys are absolute scum. Don't believe the reviews. Avoid them at all costs.

My needs were all met! I received full packing, removal of all items and packed onto the truck. My delivery was right on time. Everything was in mint shape. Infinity van lines kept their word and helped me with everything! I was stress free!!
