Comment : Absolutely terrible experience. They arrived to our apartment two and a half hours late (keep in mind that we had the elevator reserved for a specific time slot which, at this point, has almost elapsed). They then moved our items into our new home. When they were just about done, they proceeded to charge us for the move before every item was unloaded (we were so frustrated and exhausted at that point that we just paid). Conveniently, only AFTER we submitted payment and a tip, they disclosed that they had accidentally broken a large, expensive item that was still on the moving truck. (We had told them that this item was very special to us and to take great care with it - clearly it made no difference to them). They are extremely shady, unethical, and frankly, they are not great movers. You can find better.

Comment : ProMovers Miami is an absolutely amazing moving company. Their prices are highly affordable and they take every required step to satisfy their customers. I ended up saving a decent amount of money over another company, which I had called earlier for a quote. I wasn't convinced with the quote provided by the latter but I was really impressed with the estimates offered by ProMovers Miami, and this is one major reason why I hired this company.
