Comment : Our house is quite big. We have 5 bed rooms and 3 rooms with loads of toys. I was estimating that the movers will work like the whole day but it turned out only a few hours. I was surprised that at the end of the day we are able to sit down and relax enjoying our new home. It wasnt easy so I appreciate their job.

Comment : I did not make this up but I called United Royal Van Lines and the friendly staff responded immediately. She called me again after 1 hour and told me that I was able to use their service since some guys are available. I moved to my new home on the same day. These reviews are true! I have a great experience with United Royal Van Lines.

I even had to ask them to take a break but they didnt seem to mind working within the hours! Comment : My entire family was delighted with the services of United Royal Van Lines during our move. From the very beginning to the end, we worked with very friendly and helpful guys. Their dedication to the work plus their unmatched skills was on show as they managed to get the job done within the set timelines despite having to deal with unforeseen circumstances (the sofa and the bed were too large to pass through the door). I regard these guys as a genius because they were able to disassemble skill fully the items that needed to be disassembled. They expertly wrapped everything, loaded them into the truck very artistically and upon delivery, they took it as their responsibility to reassemble the things they had disassembled. By the end of the move, everything was perfectly in its place. Everybody at United Royal whom we interacted with including the moving coordinator Arthur had a good sense of humor and it transformed the moving from being stressful to being enjoyable. When the truck carrying our things was caught up in a traffic jam, they handled the situation very skill fully and maturely. They were able to navigate through the situation without stressing us because they are very good communicators and called from the office to update us about the progress. Even with such difficulties, URVL were still able to deliver our stuff on time and us thus we had absolutely no time to start stressing over the safety of our things. When it came to payment, this is where we were surprised, in a good way! Their charges were very reasonable and very low compared to other movers. When compared to the quality of service that we received, the pricing was way below what we had expected. My husband was very happy to get such quality work at such a low price, our children were happy to have their things at the other end and I was particularly for the timeliness of the delivery because I was reporting to work the day after. Highly recommendable.

Comment : For the most times I have relocated, I usually preferred relocating during the day. Lately, I found a tight job that only allowed me evening for off duty. It was really hectic getting a relocation company that could operate during that time. I was relieved on coming across United Royal Van Lines Relocation Company that offered to provide the service at my own convenient time. I can never thank them enough for being of great help to me.
