Comment : So far, I have not met any relocation company that is comparable United Royal Van Lines. Saying that I have had nasty experiences with movers would be a lie. I have always been lucky with the type of service providers I hire out. The last encounter however was more than luck, it was a blessing. They offered me exclusive relocation services that left everyone amazed. I am so happy with them.

Comment : The whole idea of seeking the services of United Royal Van Lines was not something I was for in the first place. There was another relocation who had big names in the moving industry. They had experience and necessary expertise to ensure that my family moved safely to Maryland. My mom was not ready to hear any of that and she stood her grounds. I finally gave in and went to their website. I filled an online form and the other processes followed thereafter. Two days later, they came for what they know best and they disapproved me right in front of everyone. They did a very good job and the least I could do was give them a tip each.

Comment : My entire family was delighted with the services of United Royal Van Lines during our move. From the very beginning to the end, we worked with very friendly and helpful guys. Their dedication to the work plus their unmatched skills was on show as they managed to get the job done within the set timelines despite having to deal with unforeseen circumstances the sofa and the bed were too large to pass through the door. I regard these guys as a genius because they were able to disassemble skillfully the items that needed to be disassembled. They expertly wrapped everything, loaded them into the truck very artistically and upon delivery, they took it as their responsibility to reassemble the things they had disassembled. By the end of the move, everything was perfectly in its place. Everybody at United Royal whom we interacted with including the moving coordinator Arthur had a good sense of humor and it transformed the moving from being stressful to being enjoyable. When the truck carrying our things was caught up in a traffic jam, they handled the situation very skillfully and maturely. They were able to navigate through the situation without stressing us because they are very good communicators and called from the office to update us about the progress. Even with such difficulties, URVL were still able to deliver our stuff on time and us thus we had absolutely no time to start stressing over the safety of our things. When it came to payment, this is where we were surprised, in a good way Their charges were very reasonable and very low compared to other movers. When compared to the quality of service that we received, the pricing was way below what we had expected. My husband was very happy to get such quality work at such a low price, our children were happy to have their things at the other end and I was particularly for the timeliness of the delivery because I was reporting to work the day after. Highly recommendable.

Comment : My job is one that involves lots of relocations and transfers. As such, I am always on the move and barely stays at a single place for more than three years.
