Comment : This agent was a disaster from the moment their estimator stepped through my door to estimate the number of boxes, etc, required to move my household from Florida to Wisconsin. The crew assigned to pack my belongings failed to label at least 30 boxes. It took me 5 days to find my coffeemaker which was in a large box with absolutely nothing written on it, Not even kitchen was on this box. I found it in the basement! I do not recommend this agent. I can not even give it one star.
