Subject :wonderful and very professional experience

Comment : By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. As you know moving is not easy to begin with. Frank and sons showed up on time in the morning the older gentleman named rick was the most rudest and irrogant guy I have ever met. The office said to leave everything in the dressers well when he got there he said we had to take everything out not a big deal but he was a smartass about it. And long story short I said if your attitude is going to be like this than you can just leave. So he unloaded the few boxes out of the truck and left and then here we are with everything packed and no moving company. Called frank and sons to see what we can do and they said its going to be a couple days before another crew could come out did not even apologize to us for the guy that was rude. Will never use this company for anything or ever recommend them to anyone!
