Comment : The website made me choose poor, I wanted to choose DO NOT USE! These jerks are NOT to be trusted! I called for a simple move from my apt in Newport News to a storage unit. Simple enough right? Wrong! The day of the move not only did the movers NOT show up but I didn't even receive a phone call until 4 hours after the fact by the owner LARRY who I thought was nice when we first negotiated but turned out to be a scatter-brained, unprofessional, excuse making and rude ASSHOLE; call me to tell me the mover he sent went to get his phone fixed! On MY TIME! RIDICULOUS! He seemed apologetic and I was EXTREMELY kind to this guy even AFTER he screwed up, even saying it was ok and that they could try again to correct the problem the next day @ 9:30am. The next day 9:30 comes
